I had the absolute best time of my life last night. What can I say about Big Eastern Staff? They were professional, extremely helpful while I was attempting to play blackjack. Kelly was amazing thru and thru. The leader of the gang was so accommodating and she answered all of my questions even if I asked them more than once. I don't remember her name but kudos to her for the attention she gave not only to the guest but the staff also. I wish I could give 100 stars to the group. Unfortunately I have no pics but I will always have memories of last night. Even though I drove a very long way it was well worth the trip. WOW, what an amazing event/birthday party. I am a fan of parties that involve more than food and drinking. I want to provide an event an experience and all 65 of my guest were wowed. I search party ideas and casino themed popes several times. I found this gem in my area BIG EASTERN EVENTS! Professional from being to end! The process of the quote, the payment options, the office staff all amazing. Then your event happens. I connected them with the venue owner. The communication of set up and how the event would flow was exactly has I had been promised. The dealers, professional, knowledgeable, fun. They engaged my guest, taught player who didn't normally gamble. And the true gamblers hit big and wished they were in Vegas with there winnings. The picture can't explain how awesome my party was! I am a week later still getting text and calls about how much fun they had. Looking for a reasonably priced professional event, look no more. I will for sure use them again! read more

Big Eastern events provided the casino tables at my wedding on Sept. 2. Jeff and his team were absolutely phenomenal. From my initial contact with them to them setting up, to the dealers - absolutely amazing. I got to the venue early, I don't recall ever seeing them. They must've come in set up and left without a fuss. Then almost like on cue, the dealers were just there - all in time and dressed. I had a corporate event that didn't involve casinos and my knee jerk reaction was to check Big Eastern first to see if they offered the service we needed because working with them was just that good. I'll be using them in the future if we ever need Casino tables again. Of all the vendors I interacted with during the wedding, Big Eastern ended up being my favorite vendor; and of everything that went wrong, we got this one right. And their prices were great too. This is the second straight year we have used Big Eastern for our annual Cards For Kids charity poker tournament and casino night to benefit Kids In Crisis. And we'll be hiring them again next year. Like many, I fashion myself a pretty good amateur poker player, and when I first started this event my main fear was always that the quality of the whole event could be tarnished by a sloppy tournament and casino night. I know what those are like. But believe me, not when Big Eastern runs it. Jeff and his entire staff, from tournament directors to dealers, are friendly, knowledgeable, prepared, on-time, and most importantly - they are all total professionals. The tables and chips are high quality, dealers are fully trained, and the directors coordinate everything from start to finish. Jeff worked with me weeks, months in advance right up until the day of the event. He was always reasonable and accommodating, and it always felt like Big Eastern was fully invested in the success of the entire charity event. It's hard to put a price on that. AWESOME! Everyone had a blast. Most of our guest had never, ever experience anything like that in someone's backyard. The dealers, oh the dealers were absolutely the best. The were excellent. Treated our guest with the upmost respect. They took the time to explain how to play each of the games. One gentleman took the time to help my 85 year old Aunt with the slot machines. He repeatedly went over to help her refill her machine with coins, to time to explain to her how to play. He was so patient, and understanding with her. Jeff, and Shelly thank you so much. My husband party was a hit. Guess WHAT? It was so nice we got to do it twice. We will be doing again next year Labor Day weekend. We want you BACK!!! Yes we do. I hope we can have the same crew you sent us this time. Once, I get over this year, and regroup I will be getting back with you after the holidays to start planning next years party.
