We ordered a Cowboy Burger, a BLT Flatbread, and the Herb chicken pasta with pickle fries as an appetizer. The burger was delicious and cooked exactly the way I wanted. The flatbread was huge and delicious, especially for the $12 it cost. The herb chicken pasta was served with a roll and my girlfriend couldn't eat it all. The restaurant definitely has a rustic feel to it, and almost feels like a mom and pop place. Overall, the food is great, priced well, and conveniently placed across the street from the visitor center. I will definitely be back.

The service here was very good. We ordered food and drinks, I ordered the Local Whitefish Entree with a side of Onion Rings. I ordered the fish grilled instead of fried and the wife ordered it Fried. The onion rings were very fresh and crispy, very delicious! The fish was VERY fishy, I get that it is fish but I feel like it was freshly caught and then put on a plate. It was good but a little too much of a fish taste for me now the wife's Fried fish was ALOT better, the batter was very crispy and delicious! Next time I will try it fried.

Great Michigan microbrews on tap, like Black Rock's and Petoskey Brewing, amazingly fresh fish menu options, with my fav homemade tartar sauce on the planet (everything made in-house they tell me), and the friendliest staff, this place is a huge winner in my book.
