In the beginning, I use to get a quote from Dave, run home and do some shopping around, then end up always coming back to have them work on the vehicle. They are certainly good at what they do and don't rip you off doing so. Now it's the only place I send my vehicles and have recommended friends and family there all the time. For a place run by two guys, they turn things around pretty quick! Definitely book ahead a week or so and get your car there the night before. They have always delivered on time and with quality work. Also, I love the straight simple answers Dave always give. Some guys can run their mouths too much to get you to fix something. They simply let you know the facts and then let you decide. For that, I trust them.

I had to change my original appointment with short notice due to the weather earlier this week and today I was like an hour late to my appointment because of poor time management on my part. When I walked into the shop, I was welcomed so kindly by Esten, who introduced himself and his partner to me. He listened to all the concerns I had about my car, then waited patiently for me to get myself together and figure out how I would wait for the work to be done. Rather than send me to the back of the line, they worked on my car right away they explained so much to me about cars when it was clear I didn't know much, Esten even called my dealership to check to see if I still had a warranty on any of my parts! He went above and beyond for me even without knowing me. He told me everything I needed once they checked my car out, gave me a list of prices including the labor charges, gave me a timeframe of when I should be replacing things and I was just literally blown away by their ability to relieve all of my concerns and give me an affordable game plan moving forward. I immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day after having a conversation with Heather. I made arrangements for a 4pm pickup because they looked very busy and I just knew it would be awhile. When Heather called me to advise me my vehicle was ready at 1:30pm, I was surprisingly happy and walked back around the corner to retrieve my vehicle.
