I immediately scheduled an appointment for the next day after having a conversation with Heather. I made arrangements for a 4pm pickup because they looked very busy and I just knew it would be awhile. When Heather called me to advise me my vehicle was ready at 1:30pm, I was surprisingly happy and walked back around the corner to retrieve my vehicle. I'm quite pleased with the great service, knowledgeable and friendly personnel, and quality of work. I'll definitely be going back next month for tire replacement- those prices are outstanding too! Unbelievable as it seems they replaced the FRONT tires instead of the back tires. They left the bad tire on the car!!!!!! I didn't realize their error and ended up the next morning with the same flat that I spent $587 to fix. I took the car back and spent almost two hours waiting for them to put one of my original tires back to replace the bad one. If they can't replace a flat tire correctly, why would you let them work on your car??????????????? Would leave less then one star if there was that option!!!
