So....we ordered one of those, an apple fritter, premium jalepeno cheddar sausage and boudin klobasneks. The sausage and boudin items are always a standout and these did not disappoint. The sausage had a good amount of spice and both items are lovely with a little mustard. I also asked if there are items that a lot of people won't try. The plain cake donut, ate early in the morning, was a revelation. It's hard to find a perfectly executed cake donut- subtly crispy on the outside, soft and sweet on the inside.
