They said "you're family now!" And that it would all be covered. Failed inspection. Suddenly they wanted more money to fix it. They fixed the first error after more than a week delay, but failed a 2nd inspection!! ... because ... wait for it ... they reinstalled the backflow backwards!!! Had to come out to fix their 2nd totally incompetent mistake. I had been willing to accept that mistakes happen and not leave a review along with giving them the extra money for their time, but they went too far when they immediately sent the bill (for what they had promised to cover) that was marked Past Due the day they issued it. I was traveling and texted to let them know I'd pay once it was confirmed to pass inspection and I had a chance to make sure it was functioning (about a week). Nope, they demanded payment immediately. What kind of family is this? Consider this a notice of divorce, Personal Plumbers. Lady on the phone seems nice, though.

I sent in a request for a quote the night before, via email. I called into the office the next morning, and the person who answered was very helpful and professional. They explained the pricing with details, which made it easy for me to choose what I wanted. The technicians showed up a few minutes early to the morning appointment, and unfortunately my phone ringer volume was off. I missed multiple attempts they made to try and reach me, and when I woke I went immediately outside to find one of the technicians digging. He explained that he reached out to the office and was told to go ahead with the work, which I was extremely thankful for. I apologized for not answering, and the technician was very understanding and professional. I called the office after speaking with him, and the office person thanked me for calling in and was also very polite/understanding. The task of pumping my septic tank was completed quickly, with no mess, and the dirt was replaced on top of the tank. It looked great, and will be easy for the grass to regrow over the tank. More importantly, the toilets were able to flush again. It's been 2 weeks since the tank was pumped and I have had no issues. I already recommended this company to my brother and will recommend them to anyone in need of a trustworthy, professional company to resolve their septic problems.

There are only three people in the house. I went out and started to investigate to find out that the company only pumped the drain field side of the tank, not both sides. I explained to her that firstly the pumped only one side of the tank, and secondly, the side of the tank that should have been pumped had never been uncovered and was still sealed with cement. I uncovered the second lid to show her. She then called the company who said it was her responsibility to inform the worker to clean both sides and that would cost more money! So, the lessons learned here are: if you have a septic, make sure BOTH lids are taken off and cleaned out. Also, get a firm price to pump both sides without a per gallon charge. Anyone posting a positive review about this company probably doesn't have a clue about the process and just keeps paying them! The following is an article that explains the problem and proves they are wrong to take advantage of people like this: https://www.vdwws.com/2014/05/septic-tank-pumping-vs-cleaning-whats-the-difference/

Infinite Electric & Air Pending Review…read more04-29-26 Review: I recently posted an excellent review for this company but have since learned that they didn't do the work that was needed to fix the problem. They told me the problem was fixed but after supposedly fixing it it wasn't it still existed. After having them replace all circuit breakers and install surge protector, which was working fine before, it still wasn't right. They were to replace the meter claw can which they did not do. They came back 4 more times and told me it was probably my refridgerator causing problems, which they plugged into an extension cord and left it that way. The red flag went up when they said all the outlets and switches had to be replaces upstairs to the tune of another $1200 in addition to the $3200 I had already paid them. Also told me I needed a new ceiling fan because it went bad but there was power to the switch so I got one. Another lie, no power but there was before them. I called another company to come give me an estimate and they showed me pictures that the only thing Infinite did out side was to change the disconnect hookup which was not the problem, it was he can as I told them in the first place. I did make them aware of my findings and have not heard back from them as of yet and that was two weeks ago. They just kept leading me on and grasping at straws. What a nightmare!

The office personnel and technician back then were both very professional, polite, and answered all of my questions. I never had a septic tank before moving to my home in Florida and I had lots of questions! Because they were so easy to work with and everyone was so friendly, I called them 2 days ago to schedule having the septic tank emptied. The office rep (sorry, I forgot her name) was just as friendly as the rep I spoke with when I bought my home. She was able to schedule me for yesterday; however, due to the severe thunderstorms and concern about their tech working out in the lightening, she called yesterday afternoon to reschedule me to Monday. However, Raul, the technician who just left my home, called me last night at 6:50pm and asked if he could come today (Saturday). He called when he was about half hour away to let me know he was on the way and he arrived when he guestimated that he'd be here. He showed me the tank before he started the vacuum to show me how full it was. He said he'd let me see if after he had emptied it so I could see that he had completely emptied the tank. He said he likes for people to see for themselves that the work was done and done well rather than them just assuming the work was done. It was completely full before he started and it is completely empty now. He also asked me to flush my toilets so he could make sure nothing was stuck in the pipes. He said if the toilets did not flush correctly, he would put the vacuum hose into the pipe leading to the toilets and try sucking out whatever had stopped the toilets from flushing. However, both toilets flushed just like they always do. I appreciate that he does a job that not many people would like to do. He was equally as professional and friendly as the office rep was. Thanks to Crews Environmental for such great customer service! You can bet that I'll continue using your services! Jeanne
