At first he finished the rough work for tub/shower, toilet and vanity. Paid him in cash the full amount (mistake) we agreed on. As part of the job he was supposed to come back and finish the job when the flooring was done. I did call him 3 times and he never responded, he ghosted us. Had to hire another plumber to finish the job and with the second plumber I learned that this guy not only didn't finish the job, also he cut the supply lines and drain short for the vanity. Had to pay another couple hundreds to fix it and get the job done.

A 10 AM appointment was made with Old School Plumbing so they could inspect the space and bid the work. I was sitting in the driveway at 9:57AM. At 10:10 I called, the call was answered and disconnected. Called again at 10:18 and this time was told he had been at the property, tried to call and text me, then left for another job. There were no calls or texts from him to my phone. I can understand someone overlooking an appointment or even arriving early and unwilling to wait until the appointed time, but lying about it is unacceptable. That's a serious character flaw and no one I could trust to do work for me.

With my injury we were way behind and I reached out to multiple cleaning companies and Rad Cleaning Service was the only one that could accommodate last minute. With the short deadline they reached out to their staff and was able to help us get our house ready to pass the keys off to the landlord with a huge work load off of our shoulders. They were so sweet and ready to help out. I explained my situation and made it feel like I was able to support my family with all of the effort they had already put into getting us moved out. I am grateful and would recommend this great company to anybody. They are clearly in it to support their customers and they are very reliable. Thank you!!

Businesses can sometimes grow out of the phase of being a home town business, but PC Handyman services not only has a strong team, solid equipment, great service (I mean stellar) but they also care about their community even at their size. They also seem competitive in rates but I know every situation is different and costs vary. They offered to send one of their team members to help my family while I'm dealing with health issues and my partner has a broken leg. We are going to pay for the future service but the fact that they sent someone even though they don't know us meant so much. It was such a generous and act of goodwill I'll never forget. NEVER

Mother and daughter, co-owners and housekeeper team cleaned my home in March 2019. I have a 1061…read moresquare foot, 2 level, town home. It is 4.5 years old. My team had a staffing issue and arrived 75 minutes late. They did call and let me know they'd be late. Once they arrived, we did a walk through before house cleaning began. The housekeepers worked together as a team in each area. They worked efficiently and did not damage anything. They completed the house cleaning in 2 hours. After the team left, I placed items that were moved back to their original places. This was expected and normal. The next day as I looked closer at the completeness and quality of the cleaning, I noticed that my blinds were not dusted, there were many "dust bunnies" left on some parts of the floors and some pieces of furniture. There were streaks on some of the stainless steel appliances. I'd rate the quality as average and compared to my housekeeping slightly below average. The quality could be improved with guidance, from me, over 2 to 3 more cleanings of my home. The price for 4 person hours of work was $80.00; and reasonable.

This is my updated review for High Point Cleaning Services:…read more I was completely ripped off by High Point Cleaning Services. They charged me $400 for a basic move-out clean and took advantage of me. When I went to check the rental afterward, I found that they didn't clean the baseboards, windowsills, or walls--things that should have been deep cleaned, especially given the list they provided stating those areas would be cleaned. The only things they actually cleaned were the stove, fridge, bathrooms, kitchen, and they vacuumed. They had two cleaners in there for seven hours. What were they even doing for seven hours? I could've cleaned this myself, one person in four hours, and had it looking spotless. To make matters worse, one of the employees had the nerve to comment on how "disgusting" and "hairy" the place was, which was completely untrue. This was a normal move-out clean for a 1,100 sq ft townhouse, and I was overcharged. I'm just relieved that personal belongings weren't in the home while they were there, because I wouldn't trust these people in my house or anyone else's with personal items. I do not recommend this company at all.
