I recently purchased a used, but practically new 2024 Ford F150 XLT and the back left driver side window had a ton of deep scratches in it. I did not want to pay an arm and a leg to replace it, but it bothered me. I live in Manheim, and I figured I would give Big Crack a try. I was nervous about the appointment, as I wanted my new truck to be in good care. I dropped it of last night and got a call at 8:30 a.m. this morning that my truck was already done and ready for pickup. They perfectly matched the tint, and installed the glass with zero scrapes, bumps, or dents. It looks amazing and I could not be happier. It was affordable, and the people were amazing. Shoutout to the front desk ladies and especially Shannon, who took the time to come out and speak with me about my truck. I highly recommend this local shop. Their timeliness and quality are top tier. 10/10 experience. read more

What a GREAT experience!!!!! A horizontal break about 6 inches off the dashboard the entire length of the windshield was nice present at the end of a busy day. Another glass company said they could do it 6 days later. Big Crack Glass said, "How's tomorrow?" They showed up, made the change and we're on their merry way. They did run into a glitch - my rearview mirror broke the week before and I had an aftermarket one to replace. The tech couldn't attach it, so he instructed me to see the dealership. Lo and behold - Shannon showed up to put my EZ Pass back on and he had an adaptor for the rearview mirror. Woo Hoo!!!! If you need auto glass, the one call to make is Big Crack Auto Glass. They are your clear choice. read more

My wife and I were traveling through Pennsylvania in October 2023, when our windshield was hit with an object and cracked the windshield on the driver's side. Big Crack Auto Glass schedule was filled for 2 days, so we would have to be on a wait-list schedule to get the windshield replaced. Once Big Crack Auto Glass understood our travel schedule, they went out of their way to fit our car into their schedule to replace our windshield. They understood that we were just traveling through the area and could not sit around for 2 days to wait. We showed up at Big Crack Auto Glass and the car was out the door in 90 minutes. They were very professional, work quality was excellent and the cost was reasonable. This business is a customer focused business and the owner Shannon, was right there helping in replacing the windshield and keeping us totally informed. We were very thankful how Big Crack Auto Glass worked with and treated us. Doug and Sue from South Carolina. read more

I only keep liability on my cars, so when a rock hit my windshield I was forced to pay out of pocket. I contacted Safelite however the quote was too much. So I decided look for other options. I came across a Big Crack by doing a Google search. I called and let them know the make and model of my car and they gave me a quote right over the phone. The price quote was half the cost of Safelite. I scheduled the appointment, they came to my work and replaced the windshield. I was very happy with the service and got the same quality of work for half the price. read more

While driving on the highway, a rock hit our windshield shattering the passenger side of the windshield. We initially called a nationally known and advertised company. Thinking we were calling a local facility (it was a local phone number), we were instead routed to a call center out of a different state and told no appointments until the middle of the next week. Big Crack Auto Glass replaced our windshield the next morning. They were extremely professional and the window looks great! Thanks guys for local, fast, reliable, and great service! read more

I had windshield damage while driving through the construction zone on 83 in Harrisburg on a Tuesday morning. After the location confusion was cleared up they came to the house on Wednesday and replaced the windshield. Unfortunately the technician had some trouble and caused some minor damage to the hood. Shannon (Owner) was on top of the situation and fixed the damage and paid for a car wash. The customer service received from this company was a breath of fresh air in a world where the customer isn't always treated fairly. They went above and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved to my satisfaction without hesitation. I would highly recommend this company if you ever have windshield damage and need it repaired quickly, efficiently and to your satisfaction. Everyone involved handled the repair with an utmost professional attitude. read more

Big Crack Auto Glass has absolutely fantastic customer service both during service work and after service follow-up. After they replaced my windshield recently, I thought I might have had a leak coming in the passenger side. I brought my car into their shop where Shannon (the owner) sprayed windshield foaming glass cleaner around the entire windshield and performed a compressed-air and water-spray test to check to see if there were any leaks. Shannon tested the windshield seal thoroughly and even took extra time to help me discover the real area of the leak which was found to be in the body of the car. Shannon recommended a few body shops to take a look at where the leak was coming from. I really appreciated their after-service dedication and thorough testing. I also want to give a thanks and shout out to their whole team both on the field and in the office for their extra work and dedication for servicing my windshield. Shannon at the garage, Cindy in the office, and my tech Rodney were all pleasant and communicative and great to work with. I highly recommend these guys for any of your Auto Glass needs. read more

The customer service at this place is awesome. We were referred to them by a friend to fix my boyfriend's rear windshield on his jeep after if shattered while backing into a tree. The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly nice and helpful, and the price she quoted me was about $100 less than anywhere else I called. They were able to get us in the next business day, and told my boyfriend it shouldn't take more than an hour so he could wait while they fixed it. Upon arrival, my boyfriend told them the handle on his drivers side door was breaking and asked if they could look at it. After fixing the back window, they came back and had fixed the handle as well FOR FREE. I am so impressed. That's going above and beyond in my book, and I would definitely recommend them. read more
