I walked right in and was able to find the jewelry. My only issues were the lack of customer service and the rudeness given during checking out. I was basically avoided by the only person in the store starting a phone call while I was checking out and slamming things on the counter, instead of handing them to me (card, receipt, paper, pen). It's a pawn shop, so I doubt ill be back... unless I come across another dope piece of jewelry that calls me. Had the employee asked a few more questions, or been more personable I may have looked around the counters a bit more.

All staff require sales training, customer service, managing their foul language in store and needs to stop isolating cultures by their language used referring to customers. Kendall, Kaitlyn, and UZ (Stephen- area manager) really should revisit CFA to see how to speak to customers so their store will have repeat buying clients.
