For starters the owner and workers stare at you like they seen a ghost when anyone comes inside the store. they greet you then proceed to give you the most degrading price for your items and the worst treatment imaginable!! the old short almost bald guy went to his computer to ChatGPT what a Neumann microphone was then told me it was a fake because he never heard of it and told me it was a bad replica even with the original metal box from Germany and all the accessories I had bought with it from the store worth well over ($2500) this mic has been a staple in our recording room for over 3 years) he also tried to give me $10 for a newer sterling audio mic with accessories worth well over ($275) wh I respectfully declined! and also he attempted To rip me off with $250 for a customized Ak-47 worth well over ($1500+) this place is an ABSOLUTE MESS AND JOKE FOR SERIOUS PPL NOT LOOKING TO BE RIPPED OFF AND TREATED LIKE AN IDIOT! read more

I found a piece of jewelry that I wanted to check out on OfferUp, messaged the person and turns out it was this pawn shop. Decent layout for a pawn shop, I guess. I walked right in and was able to find the jewelry. My only issues were the lack of customer service and the rudeness given during checking out. I was basically avoided by the only person in the store starting a phone call while I was checking out and slamming things on the counter, instead of handing them to me (card, receipt, paper, pen). It's a pawn shop, so I doubt ill be back... unless I come across another dope piece of jewelry that calls me. Had the employee asked a few more questions, or been more personable I may have looked around the counters a bit more. read more

Beware!!!!!! On November 03,2020, I decided to do something very nice for my wife and take both of her diamond engagement/ wedding sets to a jeweler repair company to get work done. I had diamonds missing, needed cleaning and one of the sets needed shaving down. I decided to have AAA Pawn on 591 Powder Springs Street Marietta, Ga. 30064 to complete the work on her sets. I spoked with Mr. Zack Spiva(store manager ) and he assured me that his repair person would take care of my wife's rings and the rings would be flawless after he's done. Mr Zack Spiva advised me that the repair would only take 10 business days to complete. Update, 29 days later after finding out the repairman's order for diamonds was taking too long to come in, I ask Zack Spiva would it be ok if I pick up the ring that only needed cleaning and call me when the other 3 rings are ready to pick up. Zack Spiva advise me that it should not be a problem with his repairman to accommodate my request. Zack Spiva called me back a few hours later and said his repairman would be dropping the rings on Saturday(Dec.5,2020), which will make it 32 days that AAA Pawn has had my property. Upon picking up my ring sets, I noticed that one of my rings was missing, I immediately informed a staff member that was working that day. He said all AAA Pawn received back from their repairman was the 3 rings that were noted on the receipt to get repaired. He forgot to mention the ring that only needed cleaning and needed no repairs. I requested to view the cameras from November 3,2020 and to speak with the owner (Rob Spiva) about my missing ring. Rob Spiva stated to me that his cameras don't record past 30days and they never received 4 rings. It's ironic that they called me 29days later and had me come in 32 days later to pick up my property knowing that if so I noticed my property missing, the camera footage would be erased. I trusted this business with my property and I believed them when they said their repairman was awesome. AAA Pawn lost my wife's ring and they refuse to take ownership of that. I would advise anyone who visited this business, do not trust your jewelry or any valuable property that you expect to get back with them. I will not do any type of business with this establishment moving forward and I immediately filed a police report with Marietta Police Department on that following Monday. I dealt with Zack on an item that I found on offer up which was a Canon EOS Rebel T5. I am disabled and live solely on my social security and raise two little ones. I love taking great quality pictures of the kids instead of hiring photographer when I studied photography for years myself. I called him right away after I had asked a question on offer up just in case he didn't see the message fast enough because I didn't want to miss out on the opportunity. I asked if they had layaway, and he said they sure do and told me the terms. Customer service is top notch comma I will no longer be doing business with any other pawn shop in the area. I could not possibly say enough wonderful things about Tim and Zach. They both went above and beyond what they had to do to help my husband and I out after we suddenly found ourselves in a desperate and incredibly stressful situation. They were both so kind and patient even though we caused them to stay well beyond closing time. The offers for the things we were selling were beyond my expectations and when all was done we walked out with a few dollars more than what we had to have to take care of exactly what we needed to. Crooked shop. Agreed to a price, then they said a piece was missing from the item. Didn't discount. I stI'll paid full price. Five minutes AFTER receiving my $400 via PayPal (I'm out of state), Zach Shiva (who first said his dad, James, owned the shop then said he did) ZACH said he wouldn't ship the item unless I paid him $55 more because shipping was more than he expected. THEN Robert, who is Zach's uncle apparently, called me and said Zach wasn't the owner but that they don't ship to scammers!!! They have my money but I'm the scammer ?? read more
