Although it was very easy to find a number for Big Boyz (the countless yellow and pink pens all over Baltimore), my experience was everything but. I paid an initial down payment and waited over 12 hours to be told they wanted 1/2 of the total bail money (negating the purpose of a bondsman). So after being told this company wanted excessive amounts of money to bail my significant other out of jail, I decided to seek the help of another bond company.
Their refund policy is that you must wait to receive payment until Friday. However, when I called and told them I had found another bonds man, I was told I could get the money that day. After making the trek across town to the office, I was very rudely helped by the office manager, who refused to give me the owner's name or her name.
She told me there was "no one above her that I could speak with" and consistently spoke over top of me. She turned my simple question into a HUGE hassle and shouting match. Will I get my money? No one knows. My advice? Instead of Big Boyz spending so much money on advertising, try spending it on something that actually matters... A customer service team that not only handles any situation with quickness, intelligence, and professionalism, but one that actually gets it done.
