I submitted all requested information for agent to generate a quote, and I never received the quote. I attempted to follow up with Dan several times via phone and email and he has not responded. Communication is very important when doing business. If the agent was not able to find coverage for the property, the professional thing to do is to communicate that to the customer. Customer service and follow-up is not good which is why I do not recommend this company.

She…read moreclaimed that she had found a missing receipt from "Dad" and asked about the construction of my building and attached two identical cancellation forms for ME! She claimed that my son told her that I no longer needed my condo insurance. When I asked her what his name was, she followed up with an email saying that my insurance was fine. My initial request was whether they had an HO-6 policy, so I could conform to my condo's expectation. I had made the same inquiry last year and she said they don't have an HO-6 policy, but hoped they would this year. I think that she simply wanted to get off the phone. UTTERLY USELESS. I don't recommend that anyone use this agency.
