In only one visit they were able to figure out that I had arthritis in my hip, and I needed a full hip replacement. Four MD's failed to figure this out. Premier Care helped me find a great surgeon who confirmed their idea. I had the surgery and now instead of being in overwhelming pain and unable to walk, I am pain free and walking. Yes, it took time and hard work, but they helped me every step of the way. In my time as a patient there I have seen them help many others achieve their personal goals. Been weeks still waiting for the visit summary staff promised to mail me. Took 2 months to get an appointment as a new patient, new ins co assigned him as a primary. Office is also a pediatric practice, so I got to share a small waiting room with a bunch of sick kids. I was scared to touch anything in there. It's almost too bad the Dr is nice, good thing I don't need a referral for in network specialists, and crystal run urgent care is good, so with any luck I'll never have to go back here. UPDATE: called about the visit summary. Spoke to office manager on the phone she was kind and apologetic . Considered perhaps I had rushed to judgment about the staff. Called back again to confirm it had actually gone out, asked for the office manager, was put on hold a very very long time. Dr Weinstein Himself comes on the phone, very surprising, thanked him and told him how much I appreciated him taking the time to resolve things himself. He was snarky and sarcastic on the phone, at first tried blaming me for error made by staff (how is it my fault they never mailed me the visit summary? They mailed me test results, why was summary not included with them when I had specifically explained at the visit when and why I needed it - BTW at crystal run you get the visit summary on your way out the door from your appointment not 2-3 weeks later) Anyway, dr weinstein ended up adopting that know it all attitude that infuriates people with drs. I couldn't help thinking I can't believe ppl bring children to this guy, maybe he just has issues with adult patients idk. The doctors attitude and behavior has convinced me to go elsewhere.

I…read morestarted using Dr. Delgado a couple of months ago and I must say he is arguably the best I have ever experienced ( and that's saying a lot for an old failed rodeo cowboy turned farrier for many years). He listened to my issues and we discussed my preferences for treatment, and he has taken all of that into consideration and incorporated my wishes with his expertise and the results have been extraordinary. I always prefer and respect a medical professional that views their job as a cooperative effort between them and the patient. Instead of a dictatorial one. There was no discussion of a predetermined number of visits required to address my needs, which I really appreciate. Instead, we are working together to make me feel better, and it is working after just a few visits. I must also mention that his entire office staff are very professional and seem to genuinely care about the patients' needs and wellbeing. (No negative attitudes there.
