She was mainly treated by Dr. Shane and Mary and the care was amazing. The Doctors, Therapists and Staff work together seamlessly. It's this teamwork and professionalism that creates a great environment for their patients. Mum is doing great. We highly recommend.

I was in a wheelchair in terrible pain until I found the physical therapists at Premier Care…read morePhysical Therapy in Monticello, NY. In only one visit they were able to figure out that I had arthritis in my hip, and I needed a full hip replacement. Four MD's failed to figure this out. Premier Care helped me find a great surgeon who confirmed their idea. I had the surgery and now instead of being in overwhelming pain and unable to walk, I am pain free and walking. Yes, it took time and hard work, but they helped me every step of the way. In my time as a patient there I have seen them help many others achieve their personal goals. I have no doubt they can help you too.

I had a cast put on my wrist here around 16 years ago by Dr. Episalla (who is still here). He took…read morein stride the fact that I insisted on wrapping up and swimming with my cast (the resultant light leakage of which required a blow dryer at home to rectify) and the fact at that my kid brother dropped change down the cast (which I'd forgotten about and which burned like hell from the heat of the saw as it was being cut off). My wrist healed perfectly and he took good care of me. Flash forward to 2011, I have a ganglion cyst on the back of my hand. It shrunk down to almost nothing within two weeks after I went in for my first appointment on its own, but the care I received was great. Dr. Israelski is a pretty high energy guy, and the PA was very mellow. Overall, they're a great team and were great to deal with. I've met a lot of doctors and PAs who were not worthy of any praise, but that certainly does not apply to any of the medical staff I've dealt with here. Even the MRI tech was nice and talked to me while I was stuck trying to lay as still as possible for a half-hour in an awkward (but necessary) position. Hopefully, the cyst won't come back. If it does, I know where I'm going. Update 1-15-2012: When you go, make sure you DO NOT leave without paying even if nobody says anything about needing to pay. I've now gotten a bill months later for $20 that says "Copay must be paid at time of service". Excuse me? When I go to the window after being seen and they set up an appointment to have my scan read and never ask me for payment...that's not my fault. I'm not mailing my credit card information out, and I really don't feel like making a trip out of my way to go pay what you should have collected from me to begin with. Ridiculous, but I suppose I have no choice now.

Dr. Weinstein is fantastic, great bedside manner and always willing to listen. The nurses are amazing, the office is in great shape every time. We've been going for years, preferred the old office because it was less busy, but can't be too picky about that.

Never notified me of a blood test til I was in the examining room, so I didn't fast, and results are outlier to past 15 yrs of tests, completely worthless. Been weeks still waiting for the visit summary staff promised to mail me. Took 2 months to get an appointment as a new patient, new ins co assigned him as a primary. Office is also a pediatric practice, so I got to share a small waiting room with a bunch of sick kids. I was scared to touch anything in there. It's almost too bad the Dr is nice, good thing I don't need a referral for in network specialists, and crystal run urgent care is good, so with any luck I'll never have to go back here. UPDATE: called about the visit summary. Spoke to office manager on the phone she was kind and apologetic . Considered perhaps I had rushed to judgment about the staff. Called back again to confirm it had actually gone out, asked for the office manager, was put on hold a very very long time. Dr Weinstein Himself comes on the phone, very surprising, thanked him and told him how much I appreciated him taking the time to resolve things himself. He was snarky and sarcastic on the phone, at first tried blaming me for error made by staff (how is it my fault they never mailed me the visit summary? They mailed me test results, why was summary not included with them when I had specifically explained at the visit when and why I needed it - BTW at crystal run you get the visit summary on your way out the door from your appointment not 2-3 weeks later) Anyway, dr weinstein ended up adopting that know it all attitude that infuriates people with drs. I couldn't help thinking I can't believe ppl bring children to this guy, maybe he just has issues with adult patients idk. The doctors attitude and behavior has convinced me to go elsewhere.
