Shampney & Son's Four Seasons Landscaping

Shampney & Son's Four Seasons Landscaping

DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, RUN!…read more Shampney and Sons Four Seasons Landscaping installed 25 Blue Spruce trees for over $13,000.00 at the property in Windham NH. However, after a few months, all the trees started dying. Despite numerous attempts to contact Shampney through calls, texts, and emails regarding the issue, they chose not to address it. Messages were also sent about the installation problem and a deadline was given for them to fix it, but they never responded. As a result, Groundhog Landscaping was hired to remove all 25 Blue Spruce Trees to investigate why they were failing. Groundhog described how Shampney LS planted trees by simply digging holes and placing the trees in them without soil, fertilizer, or any treatment. Rocks were also thrown into the holes, and root balls were left with rope, burlap, or wire screening. Some trees were buried too deeply with branches covered by soil. After replanting efforts, 15 out of 25 trees remained with hopes for survival as 10 had died. Groundhog LS's work was considered superior based on attached pictures. For obvious reasons, we had to file a lawsuit against Shampney LS and the Court found Shampney LS at fault and awarded us all damages including $12,373.00 as well as all attorney fees totaling over $20,000.00. During the review hearing, it was determined that Shampney and Sons Landscaping could only manage to pay $50 per month. This indicates financial difficulties for the company. STAY AWAY from Shampney LS to avoid potential financial losses

I sold my plow truck to Dave and hired him to plow a property I managed...the plowing was not…read moresatisfactory (probably because he did not receive cash but was an offset to the truck price) and now that the plowing season is over, I have had a HELL OF A TIME, getting monthly payments for the truck..... NEVER AGAIN.... Too bad the star rating doesn't go any lower
