While the pictures appear beautiful, the truth is that after six months and a total budget of over $140,000 the patios Kyle installed failed. Any time it rains, snows, or the temperature swings - all things that happen daily - the patios will shift, sink, and wobble. Initially Kyle told us how embarrassed he was and he promised to have everything fixed before summer 2023. Here we are over a year later with no resolution. Kyle will blame suppliers, vendors, weather, or anything else he can think of, but he has been stringing us along as he continues to work on other projects. Kyle promised all of his work came with a lifetime warranty, but we have been working with him for nearly 18 months and still nothing has been resolved. We have reached out to him countless times to express our frustration and displeasure and we know other clients who we referred to Kyle who are stuck in the same experience. He knows he needs to rip up the patio and install it again with the correct polysand, but he doesn't want to take the time and effort to do so. So, we are still waiting. In addition to the patio issues, we still do not have a functioning water feature. This was supposed to be the focal point of our backyard patio, but after it continued to break and fail all last summer Kyle removed it and promised to reinstall a new one with updated piping. We are still waiting. The quality of the plants Kyle installed were horrible with most things dying after a few months. Our priority was 13 arborvitae trees along the backyard perimeter to create privacy, but the trees showed up damaged and looking like deer had already eaten them. Kyle promised to reinstall these with the full and correct trees we ordered and paid for. We are still waiting. This spring we had to replace all of the plants ourselves and reach out to another contractor to mulch our yard. Kyle assured us we were a priority and he would have all of this work done for us annually. Kyle will take your call today and promise you the moon, but our experience working with him has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I brought this to owner Christopher Champagne's attention. He assured me this was fine and wouldn't affect the seed germinating, and he would 'stand behind his work'. Weeks later less than 10% had grown. Multiple calls went unreturned, when contact was finally made Mr. Champagne asserted he was 'done with the job' and nothing further would be done.  Mr. Champagne is dishonest and lacks integrity and you surely should not hire his company to do hydro seeding. We've had Keith paint for us. He painted two bathrooms, two bedrooms. Patched each room, did…read moreextensive work in our bathrooms as we changed fixtures, relocated glass shelves. We had him install our new towel bars, toilet paper holder and hand towel rings. He did precision work, cleaned up after each days work, made sure everything met expectations. He moved furniture in our bedrooms and returned everything exactly where it belonged upon completion. Because of the quality of his work we had him return to paint our family room. Again an awesome job. Again today he came to fix two doors a porch door needed adjustments with strike plate, overall realignment, rubber door seal. The French door had rot that needed to be cut out and repaired, installed rubber door seal, new sweep, door required overall adjustment, including strike plate adjustment. He will return in a few weeks to help us out with another small project. Keith is professional, a great communicator, makes sure he does a walk through upon completion of his work. When I questioned him about this, he claimed sanding and blowing off the debris was enough. Not according to the paint manufacturer!! He left staples in the wood and just painted over them! He never sanded around nail holes or removed splinters/ loose fibers! I need to hire somebody else to fix his mess!!
