He can't use it and I can't even get hold of anyone from the organization to refund (or give an explanation--did they go broke and steal my money? I have no idea). Hopefully they will respond to this message, or one of the emails I sent them, or the Instagram DM I sent them, or the message I sent to the Guilford Art Center where one of the blacksmiths seems to have moved, so we can resolve this matter out of the courts.

We had an intruder on our property and I no longer felt safe in my own home, someone climbed over our gate and stole from us. Our neighbors saw this happening and didn't alert us, we were able to catch the persons face and the act on cameras but the police only took the report with no real interest. We had to protect ourselves from this happening again! Fernando came over took measurements and created a design that made even our neighbors take notice. Now I can feel safe in my home again and we can sleep and knowing we will not have an invader on our property. I have included before and after pics.
