Yes, Hamilton's is a business, and they make money, but John will not hesitate to tell us when it's in our interest to take it to the dealer for service because of a warranty issue - he will even call the dealer and ensure that our parts are covered. He will always work on getting us the best price he can on what we need, even when he acknowledges that it *could* be cheaper elsewhere. To me, at this point, even if it's a few bucks more, I just trust Hamilton's more, and that's worth a ton. John knows our cars as soon as we call, and knows their service records - because, at this point, we have no reason to have them serviced anyplace else.
