The design and materials are adequate. The engineering, installation and finishing detail is low grade. There were several adjustments that needed to be made to get the gutters and downspouts to carry rainwater away from the building. The field crew just didn't have the know-how to fix them all. The back office tried to coach the crew on the phone and was successful in some repairs. But out of frustration I finally hired a local aluminum gutter company to fix it. Today was the first heavy rain. More leaks. Water poured through where the gutter meet the wall, flowed down the exterior wall and through my glass doors and flooded the back of my house, ruining much and creating an expensive mess. I will call my trusted local aluminum gutter company again to fix this, NOT ABSOLUTE ALUMINUM. And then I will call my lawyer.
