Faster. Quality service, great prices…read more Bought some new rims and tires for my son's car. They had everything in stock and installed within two hours. Looks great. Great friendly service.

I bought tires and scheduled a 3p install online. When I called the store to inquire about…read morealignments (which this location doesn't do), I was told that the store was extremely slow. They encouraged me to come in early for my appointment. I arrived at 2:30p, they didn't get my car in until 3p, and it was almost 3:30p when my car was finished. Coming in early was a complete waste of time. The best part is that I took my car to the Woodhaven location for a wheel alignment. That store informed me that the Taylor location had mounted one of my tires backwards. This error could have caused a potentially dangerous situation in rain/snow and would definitely had caused the tire to wear prematurely. When I called the Taylor store about this, they apologized, said that "accidents happen", and that a new employee had mounted the tire. No offer to pay for my alignment, no offer for free wiper blades, nothing. I didn't call looking for anything, but good customer service should have dictated that they do something to make up for their mistake. I paid over $1k for new tires, they messed up mounting one, and I just got a "sorry". I won't be back. Update: The store manager contacted me to further discuss the issues I'd encountered. He refunded me the labor costs and discussed measures being taken with his team to prevent this from happening again.

Hands down, the best customer service…read more I had a blow out (grrrr). I rode into the shop at about 5:20 p.m. A nice woman (maybe the office manager?) was leaving for the day. I asked what time they closed and she said: "we closed at 5." I apologized and started heading back toward the car and she said "hold on, they'll still see you, though." i thought...wow. that's cool. I stood by my car and then an older gentleman came out and asked what he could do for me with the kindest, most patient smile on his face. Since I was at my wits end (having driven around to 3 different tire shops that didn't have my size tires) so his smile calmed me down some. I told him that i had a blow out and none of the tire shops around here had my size tires. He excused himself and came back 2 minutes later with not only the right sized tire--but the EXACT same brand and model! This is huge because I have a lease and I'm sure that I would have been billed once turning my car in for not having the same (or comparable) tires on the vehicle. A younger man took my donut off, put the new (used) tire on and even put my spare back underneath my car. They told me it would be only $50, plus tax and I happily paid. I drove off in a completely different mood. Now for the best part: The enTIRE (pun intended) encounter took less than 15 mins from start to finish! This was the best experience I have ever had related to my since I got it--even better than the dealership. Everyone should patronize Park Tire on Fort St. in Lincoln Park. They're affordable, reliable, kind & downright wonderful.

Came in with a flat and rotation. Talked me out of balancing, and had me out of the door in 25 min…read more Everyone I interacted with was polite and helpful.

Mike's K Auto Repair are honest and true to their word. I have a 2002 Jetta that I took to a…read morenearby dealership to get a 95,000 mile check-up on. I was told at that time that I would also need new breaks and rotors and that it would be 4 hours of labor plus parts, for a total of almost $900! Since I am new to the area, I was just not sure who to trust. Luckily, they did not have the parts in stock which gave me a night to think about such a costly (and necessary repair). I called a place from my home town to ask if this was a reasonable price and amt of time spent on labor. I was informed that I basically was being taken advantage of with regards to the amt of labor they wanted to charge. I decided to call Mike K's Auto Repair because I had heard such great reports from friends. They gave me a quote over the phone that was $400 cheaper than the dealership. I dropped my car off in the morning and by mid-afternoon I picked it up with new break pads and rotors for even less than their quote over the phone. By going with a local and trusted Auto Repair shop I saved $425! Their customer service was far superior than the dealership that I went to a few days previously. They explained what needed to be done and why. I am going to be recommending Mike K's to all of my friends who want an honest repair shop!

They're honest, treat me with respect and kindness, and are genuinely helpful. I've taken my last car and my current one to them and call if I have questions and they always have time to research, compare prices, and help me understand. He even tells me if it's a super simple fix and recommends when he thinks I should do it myself vs spending the money at a shop.
