He got us waters, took our drink orders, and even offered to grab the manager for us. The manager was very apologetic and appreciative, but Neil was truly the MVP. His attentiveness, kindness, and genuine concern for his guests really stood out. We were actually ready to leave and drive 25 minutes to another Lo-Lo's, but Neil completely turned the experience around.
