I initially called the shop to see if they had any bikes in-store within my price point that fit my height/weight and within an hour of riding up there I was leaving the store with a new bike. I was able to trade-in my mountain bike and apply the funds toward discounting the nice new hybrid Batch bike I purchased. Purchasing a new bike here also includes a 1year free tune up as well. Great experience and find myself often recommending others here. Bikes for sale here at all price ranges and different types of riding, as well as selling any accessories/tires/helmet/supplies in store. The staff was the most knowable out of the ones I went to and the least pushy. They knew their competitors bikes specs and what to compare it to off hand without going to look it up. I went there with a bike I thought I'd buy for sure and the guy made me try about 4 other brands to compare it to. Which made me change my mind on which bike to buy for the same price. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is when I got home, after they said they would check out the bike and make sure its in good running order the front derailleur screw was loose and somehow came undone on the car ride home which really isn't a big deal but kind of a pain in the ass. Overall I'm very happy I stopped into this store. I have a update on this store, after a few days of riding this bike I had a barring go in one of my pedals. Clearly not the fault of the bike store and just a defect. I rode it over to them and they swapped out the pedals for me right away and I was back on the road in 5 minutes. I love these guys.

I am completely blown away by the quality and the price of their service. I bought a used bike on…read morecraigslist two days ago. The bike's rear wheel was slightly bent. So, I decided to give this place a shot. In the process of testing the wheel, they found a problem with the chain and offered to replace it for $15. Pleasantly surprised by the price, I gladly accepted their offer. I hung around in the shop and watched them work. In the meantime, people kept dropping in with their bikes, but somehow they were able to handle it with great efficiency. After about 30 minutes, not only did they have my bike's wheel trued and chain replaced, they also made some minor tune-up, such as adjusting the brakes and checking the gears. All for the total of $35 ONLY!!! I couldn't believe it when I heard the price. I was charged twice as much at the other local bike shop, and they didn't even change anything! Now my used bike rides like new. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely return for their service and send my friends there.

With the second order, I purchased forks and two tires. Didn't receive a tracking for a few days called multiple times...I ordered on a Friday at around 12:30am...didn't hear about anything Monday or Tuesday so I decided to call. They were saying that I could receive the items the next day or Thursday at the latest. I still didn't get a tracking number by Wednesday so I called again, they said the order was delayed because they didn't have one of the tires in stock...then, I got a tracking number. The tracking number said arriving Friday...it is now Friday and I have received a package. I opened this package up and it's just the tires...WHERE ARE MY FORKS?!?! The package was delayed BECAUSE OF THE TIRE!!!! I should've received the forks FIRST! As this was a 1 of 2 package...the tracking number was not provided for the forks. I called and the guy said he'd provide the tracking number right away....two hours went by and still no tracking. I decided to call again and he was making excuses for not sending the tracking. The status still said the forks weren't even processed for shipping and I asked if he could accommodate me by replacing one of the tires with a different color because it turned out that the shade of green that this tire was was not to my liking. I was asking him to send out a different color tire with the forks and a return label so I could send him the green one back, this was a MAJOR problem for him as he was acting like I was going to rip him off. I had spent over $600 in the past two weeks as a first time customer and he wouldn't help me with the tire...that was how I was treated over a $30 part when I spent over $600. He was saying it was my fault for choosing economy shipping but I only chose that because another employee said it would make a difference even if I chose the $50 extra shipping....so they lost my potential as a frequent returning customer. I should've received the forks first because it wouldn't have been a big deal to grab a different tire. These forks are specific for my frame and were $50 less with albes but now I wish I would've just ordered from source/sparkys to spend that extra $50 for better service. June 21st is tomorrow and it was my goal to have this bike put together by then, but albes has failed me. I've spent the last month collecting all these parts separately for my complete custom bike. There's no reason for lack of communication or for an order to not even enter transit until a WHOLE week later. Source/sparkys and eBay will be my go to vendors from now on, as for albes is dead to me.
