I was in desperate need of a bike that could handle more city miles and riding after struggling commuting around the city on a mountain bike. I initially called the shop to see if they had any bikes in-store within my price point that fit my height/weight and within an hour of riding up there I was leaving the store with a new bike. I was able to trade-in my mountain bike and apply the funds toward discounting the nice new hybrid Batch bike I purchased. Purchasing a new bike here also includes a 1year free tune up as well.
