I was told 2-3 days when I dropped off my bike. 7 days later he hasn't even looked at it because he is under staffed and over worked. He made sure to inform me that he has no way to let me know how long it would take. I asked where I was in line to which he said it would take him 15 min to find out and that the problem with getting to my bike was being on the phone with me. Someone anyone open a different bike repair shop in Statesboro. Bumped it up to 3stars from 1star. After my call and original review Billy went ahead and fixed my bike. I live out in SoCal and found this company through Google. The tech showed up on time and did an excellent and thorough job in helping my dad with his bike. I don't recall exactly what I paid but it was 100% fair and reasonable for the time spent and him coming to my dad's house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
