The electric bike stopped working 15 minutes into the sessions so in the end... it was just a regular bike with higher € rent. Next time I would stick with a scooter instead. We felt safe, well taken care of and will never think again about renting elsewhere. This place is great. We first went to Mo'bike because it was close to our flat and it had a few good reviews. I made the mistake of thinking "eh... bike rental... how hard could it be..." and the second time we rented I went to the place that happened to be in front of me at that moment. What a mistake! Chain broke... tires were too low on air and nobody there knew anything about bikes. So I'm not going to publicly shame anyone - but Mo'bike is mo'betta so go there. Nuff said.
We rented two bikes at Mobike in CALLE MÚSICO PEYDRÓ, 7…read more 46001 VALENCIA Many months in advance, we corresponded via mail with mentioned Mobike location, about us going up into the mountains to Teruel by bus and cycling back to Valencia, approx 160 km. The bike shop recommended bikes appropriate for the trip and had plenty of time to prepare the bikes for this long journey. After using one of the bikes for approx 20-30 minutes, all gears on third main gear started tripping and were unusable. We lived outside the city and had neither time nor opportunity to go back to the city with the bike. By chance, one of us could not go on the trip due to a knee injury (third one had his own bike), so the two remaining travelled by bus into the mountains. The second rental bike worked on most gears until 50 out of 160 km were done, all gears on first and second main gear started tripping out, but luckily third main gear worked more or less until the end. When delivering the bikes at Mobike again, we explained calmly what we had experienced and requested a partial refund (30€ out of approx 86€ paid in total) for the first mentioned bike. The woman at the desk became angry and denied any responsibility or refund, although we explained we were outside of the city with the bikes and soon a 160 km away into the mountains. If Mobike would have travelled out of the city to our temporary living location before the mountain trip to service the bike(s), they should have notified us about this option in advance. Instead, they refused any responsibility and blamed the customer. This is poor customer service, poor bicycle preparation and poor overall performance of MoBike. We do not recommend MoBike, stay well clear and away.

Both Staff we dealt with were absolutely friendly guys -very helpful and I felt trustworthy and honest. The owner is obviously a bike enthusiast so there's an interesting prototype of his own bike creation on show as well. Bikes were perfect for our needs (foldable, compact enough to fit in the elevator of our rental apartment for storing the bikes overnight). Bike Locks provided were very sturdy. Biking around Valencia was AMAZING - great bike lanes going pretty much every where you need to go, well separated from traffic. A great way to see Valenica! My only slight issue with Senatibikes were they are a little difficult to find the location inside the Cuitat Vella/old city - but once you find them it is definitely worth it!
