I was not checking my charges because I didn't have a reason to be charged, so then came upon 3 charges one day. They would not refund me for 2 of them because it wasn't within 5 days. This is not a fair business practice. BE WARNED BECAUSE THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU WHEN YOU ARENT PAYING ATTENTION Estoy frustrado porque BiciPlaya me cobró $150 pesos por algo que debería haber sido gratis. No estaba revisando mis cargos porque no tenía un motivo para que me cobraran, entonces encontré 3 cargos un día. No me reembolsarían 2 de ellos porque no fue dentro de los 5 días.
