Our state laws are different than those in NC and that made the whole issue even worse. After speaking with Carl and his explanation of the laws and our rights, we were sure we found the right firm to represent my husband. It took over 2 years to medically recover from the accident, but Carl and his team always were only a phone call away. It was very reassuring to know they were on our side. The service we received from the Nagle professional team made the whole experience bearable. We cannot thank them enough for all of the compassion and hard work they did on my husband's behalf.

Had I been in a "catastrophic" accident as he discussed, I would not use this firm. I found him to be crass and condescending. He told me outright that they only charge a %25 rate as they only take "catastrophic" cases. Well Mr. Mark, the smaller accident victim has pain just the same as the large. I think a %25 fee of an injured victim's settlement would be way too much money to have to deal with you. Being from the south I think I would say, you are just way too big for your rich boy britches and are living way above your raising or maybe not !

I had a head injury case where I was prematurely being sent back to a very heavy duty job, and I was petrified and lost. A friend of mine recommended them enthusiastically (thanks Wes), and that first phone call with Griff changed my life. I felt so taken care of. I was listed to, advised, reassured and informed of any details I needed or wanted to know. Cindy kept in constant communication with me through nearly a year of this workers comp case. She always let me know that I mattered, and her response time is record breaking. James who wasn't even working on my case went way out of his way to help me in an emergency situation. Griff is just a rock star. The end. The last question on the survey they handed me was asking what I think they need in order to keep improving, and I told them one thing other than to continue doing what they do... super hero costumes. It's the only thing missing. Thanks guys. From the bottom of my heart (and my healing brain), you are truly outstanding. Marissa

I called during midday and was informed Michelle (the person handling traffic tickets) was not available but, would return my call. Michelle returned my call within the hour answered all my questions and addressed my concerns very professionally. She clearly articulated what Smith Giles would seek in representing me in court and provided the list of information and documentation required along with the cost for legal services, which was very reasonable. Michelle explained the process in court and within Smith Giles office, the options to pursue, the schedule of events and documented our conversation via email. I returned the requested information and agreed cost for services which Michelle confirmed receipt in writing for representation. I received a follow up email before the end of the business day on the same day as my afternoon scheduled court date. Michelle informed me of the optimal result, which was desired but never promised. She informed me the matter was closed and required no further action on my part, thanked me for allowing Smith Giles to represent me and to contact them again should I need any other legal services. Everyone that has experienced a traffic ticket knows the anxiety it can create. This process has taken twice as long as normal due to the events of 2020 and government closures. The prolonged period of time to resolve this issue simply increased the amount of stress. Smith Giles and specifically Michelle, helped reduce that stress by professionally and clearly managing necessary information, desired objectives, timely follow up communication and ultimately legal representation in court to obtain the most favorable judgement. I highly recommend Smith Giles, PLLC! Wayne S.
