We stumbled upon this place rather by accident, but the warmth of the owner, a young man named Gildas became one of our best memories in Nantes. He took the time to share his knowledge of local wines, the culture, the places to go, and other restaurants. Food is typically French and I mean that in the best of ways: local game, seafood and vegetables grown locally. A celebration of simple and good and well prepared.
