After filling out the required paperwork, nurse practitioner & co-owner Rebeca came out to greet me. She also had a warm & welcoming personality. I told her the reason for my visit and described my symptoms. She took the time to explain the various causes for fatigue and discussed several treatment options. (On a side note, I did visit another facility for the same thing and was ridiculed and dismissed so I genuinely appreciate Rebeca's professionalism and attentiveness.) Rebeca used to work in ER & Urgent Care, so she is very skilled and knowledgeable in what she does. After my shot Rebeca gave me a tour of the facility and described some of the other holistic & integrative wellness treatments that they offer (Vitamin IV Drip, Ozone Sauna, fillers, & much more). What impressed me the most was how carefully they analyzed my facial expressions before doing anything. They didn't just inject in the usual spots. They actually asked me to make different expressions--raising my eyebrows, frowning, relaxing my face--and watched closely to see exactly where the muscles were working. Based on that, they explained where Botox would help and, just as importantly, where it was not necessary. That level of detail made me feel very comfortable because it was clear they were focused on natural results rather than simply using more product. I especially appreciated that they were conservative and thoughtful with the injections. They avoided placing Botox in areas that didn't truly need it, which made me feel like I was in very honest and experienced hands. Another pleasant surprise was how little the injections hurt. I was honestly expecting it to be more uncomfortable, but the technique was so gentle that it was much easier than I imagined.
