DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE!! Where to begin? First off, there was no parking at this medical park…read moreand the place was a huge dump. The elevators were not working and nothing was labeled properly. As soon as I got to the front desk, the receptionist appeared to be doing 10 things at once- answering the phone while trying to check in 2 patients at once. I arrived at 2:15 (15 minutes BEFORE my appointment). I wasn't taken back to a room until 2:45 and at 3:30 I still hadn't been seen by the doctor. I finally told the nurse I was leaving who told me to go to thee front to get my co-pay. She didn't even care that I was leaving! How hard is it to call patients and tell them you're running late?! Bottom line: don't waste your time or money here. There are far more, and better ENT specialists in the DC metro area.

They called him the day after and said they were going to rush to get a cpap machine right away as he stopped breathing 92 times per hour and his pulse ox went to 43 %. He went back to see the ent 10-23-18 and again he was told they would put a rush on it. I called the ins company and the durable medical supply for the cpap machine has not even been submitted yet. As of today still no response and needless to say my son even though he is an adult I still worry he may never wake up because of his breathing issue. I would never tell my worst enemy to use this horrible practice that only seems to want to have patients come in and pay the copay time and time again and not follow through with quality patient care

Surgery was a success!…read more Provider: Dr. Wong, MD thoroughly listens and doesn't dismiss your concerns. June 2026 (first visit), we went through my child's medical history in the first visit. He examined them and came up with a treatment plan. We were able to book surgery for the next month (July). Much sooner than I expected but I was grateful because I wanted it done before school started. I was concerned he may wanted to spread out procedures but he stated he would be able to get all procedures done in one day. Provider office: The waiting area is small. There's a tv, so there's at least some entertainment. However, seating can be scarce. Thankfully, we were able to get seating but patients that came in after us did have to stand. If this may be an issue for you, I would recommend booking during less busy times--like during work and school hours. The seating area was tidy and there were no bad smells, for those who may be sensitive to smells like I am. Front desk: Mrs. Shirley was very kind. She had to multi-task and was still efficient. Wait time: We only had one visit so far but between filling out new patient forms and providing insurance information, we didn't have to wait long. Exam room: The exam room was spacious enough to fit a few family members. Tidy and no odd smells. Surgery (July 2026): Dr. Wong performs his surgeries at Adventist HealthCare Surgery Center in Oxon Hill, MD. Check in was seamless and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Dr. Wong had a few surgeries scheduled, so our surgery slot was delayed. Since my child couldn't eat or drink, this was a challenge because they were complaining about being hungry. I was still grateful the doctor was able to squeeze us into his surgery schedule so this was not a deal breaker for us. After surgery, Dr. Wong advised us on what to expect for recovery and what to do. It has now been about a month since surgery and recovery went well and the surgery was a great success! My child had one of the procedures done with another provider in January 2026, which did not go as planned. Dr. Wong did a procedure the previous provider was reluctant to do. So thankful Dr. Wong is as skilled and dedicated to providing his patients relief because my child's primary concern is now resolved. They are sleeping and breathing better now. My only gripe is the online patient portal. It leaves a lot to be desired. It's a bit outdated and communication through the portal can be missed. I requested a follow up appointment and haven't heard back from the office yet. I'll be calling instead. Not a deal breaker, considering Dr. Wong is a fantastic doctor/surgeon--but it would be nice to have a more proficient way to communicate with staff, schedule appointments and access medical records.
