Josh was the plumber that completed our work, and we found him to be knowledgeable regarding his craft and respectful of our property. He gave options (where a previous plumber had given none); worked efficiently and cleanly; left the spaces he worked in clean; and made several appropriate recommendations for our new home (such as automatic shutoff for the washer in the basement). I had what I thought was a tricky issue at a duplex I own. Tenant had no power at their heating…read moresystem, but breaker was fine and supplying power. I did a fair bit of diagnosis myself and traced the problem to a junction box (I thought, anyway). After opening the box and seeing cloth wiring that I just didn't want to fool with (bad experiences with that stuff in the past), I called multiple electricians. I think I called at least 20, and only Beaver Electric answered and / or agreed to come out timely. They told me they'd be out in two days. The next day, I got a call that they had time, and bumped up my appointment which was great! Tim from Beaver Electric arrived right on time and was able to find the piece of the puzzle I missed -- a shut off switch for the heating system, that I wasn't aware existed. Tenants had switched the system off, but even ever turning that on, there was still no power to the heating system. Tim diagnosed the switch as defective and I agreed. While I did want to kick myself for not checking the stairway for the primary emergency shut off switch (the unit has a secondary as most do), Tim replaced the switch, cleaned up some connections in the aforementioned junction box, and that was that for $235. A tad pricey for what was essentially a bad light switch, but fair enough as I would've dug into that junction box and been there for hours, not realizing the problem was at a switch I didn't know existed. Tim was very courteous and didn't mind me hovering over him, which can really be irritating. Nice guy, job well done, decent and responsive company, and fair price. I'd hire them again.

TLDR: CT Drywell doesn't stand by their initial work, and will ghost you regardless of their…read morewarranty and reputation. CT Drywell initially were great. They installed our drywell for a reasonable cost and we're responsive. However, we noticed pretty soon after a puddle forming in the path where they laid the drainage pipe. I knew it was the dry well, as it was melting the snow in the winter and corresponded to our water softener regenerating. I informed Ryan several times over the course of a year, asking for a remedy and giving him all the information he needed. Eventually Ryan stopped responding. At the same time as I was attempting to get CT Drywell to respond to me, I was working with my irrigation company who to repair all the damage that was caused when CT Drywell abandoned their first location as it was "wet". They didn't inform me that they had accidentally damaged my irrigation. I wouldn't have held them accountable, as it was an honest mistake, but let me find out on my own was very unprofessional. This was not an accident where they didn't notice, it was a literal coverup where they hit the pipes and wires, and then buried it. Now a year later, sick of the cesspool near my children's play set, I dug up the pipe. It wasn't connected as I expected and explained, and it took me about an hour to repair it.
