Recently opened by a young chef who previously worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, you wouldn´t necessarily come across it as a tourist as it´s located in a very local part of the city. But it´s definitely worth the trip! The food, wine and service were absolutely fantastic! The chef came to our table at the beginning of the meal to explain the Spanish / Asian fusion menu. He also told us that all the ingredients are sourced from the local market everyday. We got to try many dishes such as the salmon ceviche, bone marrow with jamon iberico, an out of this world calamari and kimchi sandwich, caramelized beef cheek, sardines with raw vegetables... and not one dish failed to deliver! The wine recommendations were also great, the service was really friendly and extremely attentive. The Oreo Panna Cotta was a fantastic way to finish off a wonderful meal.
