I was referred to Dr. Caradonna (by another Dr) to get some follow up bloodwork done. I was…read morebrought into a room by a nurse. She took some information, my temperature and blood pressure. I then met with Dr. Caradonna. I spoke with him, he did a basic exam and then let me know that they would need to do the bloodwork. He left the room and I waited and waited and waited! I thought something was odd because a good 20 minutes went by. I decided to open the door to the room. I saw the nurse walk by so I asked her how much longer it would be... She asked "for what?" I said "for you to take my blood" She then informed me that they don't do it... I would have to go up to the lab on the 2nd floor. I asked why nobody told me that and she said that Dr. Caradonna should have. Wow!!!! I could have been waiting in their room for an hour if I hadn't decided to open the door. Within a day or so, I received a call that all results were normal (great!). I requested for the results to be sent to the original referring doctor. I had to contact Dr. Caradonna's office numerous times and leave messages and play phone tag. He finally faxed over the results. I now need for him to write a letter stating that the test results were normal and fax that over to the other doctor. For some reason, Dr. Caradonna and his office staff can't seem to handle this simple task. Why does it take over a week and for me to have to call every day??? I called again today and was told that Dr. Caradonna did dictate a letter however they don't know what he did with it. Are you Fn kidding me??? What the hell is wrong with this doctor??? I would not recommend.

He really makes a difference in our lives. Many of our family and friends go to him as well and all are very pleased with the way he asks questions and then he makes sure you get the help you need. Went for my first appointment today arrived sharply at 2 PM, completed my online paperwork as…read moreinstructed . My appointment was for 215. I was asked, did I completed the online paperwork? I replied yes it was really quite easy and a lot of prefilled hitting next and she agreed. She said to look and said that either I didn't do it correctly or that I hadn't done it but either way I was not pre-checked in. Mine you, I did do the online check in. She went on to state that I was also not there 30 minutes prior to my appointment. I said well I'm 15 minutes before my appointment is there someway that we can take care of this? It's just paperwork, right? She proceeded to tell me no my appointment as a new patient will not be happening. So that's the greeting that you get at this place as a new patient!! I walked out and will never be back!!!
