Please save yourself the hassel, frustrastion and headaches and take your business elsewhere for any of your insurance needs. I kept getting notices to the point where it was becoming monthly that my rates were increasing without any explanation. I called and submitted documets showing my defensive driving, I signed some form to exclude sopusal liability insurance and had my rates decrease slightly, only to receive another notice a month later that my rates again were increasing. I then received an addt'l notice that my policy would be renewing as of August 2024 and was drastically increasing again! I called the office for an explanation as to why (I have no accidents, points etc on my record) The staff member that answered was very friendly but her answer to me that "These are the new rates so they are increasing, sorry" was a bit unacceptable. I had to be transferred to the office manager Nicolette for a proper explanation. The next day I called the office and cancelled my policy as I obtained significantly cheaper rates from Geico. I spoke directly with the office manager and cancelled. I even was on the phone with her to confirm that she received via email my new insurance cards to confirm I obtained a new policy before cancelling. This was on August 1st, 2024 and my policy was not to be renwed until August 15th so I was actually to be prorated. On August 15th I was billed on my credit card 267 dollars for a policy renewal....The same policy that I cancelled 2 weeks prior with the OFFICE MANAGER. I called the office and spoke with the secretary again as she confirmed my "active" policy that again was cancelled. I was transferred to the office manager again and was informed that they neglected to cancel my auto billing and that the underwriters were made aware and a reverse transaction was put in place to be done as soon as possible. After 5 days of not receiving a refund on my card I had to yet again call back and question why I havent received the creidt on my credit card. I was told now a check will be mailed to my home in the next 5-7 business days. I finally received my check on September 3rd. I am now dealing with receiving messages that I have an outstanding bill of $3.74 and I am currently waiting for the office manager to yet again call me back to rectify this issue. Again, please do yourself a favor and save the hassel and headaches with this office and take your business elsewhere.
