Luis worked on the outside and even cleaned some lint off the roof that had been sitting there for awhile. Karla is small but mighty. She carried a very large vacuum up the stairs and moved the dryer out so she could clean. She showed my before and after photos of the very lint-filled inside of the dryer. Their work was thorough, clean, and efficient. They are now our dryer vent cleaners.

Communication was excellent and the pricing while on the higher end was clear and transparent. I was extremely happy with how sparkly the bathrooms were and how well the shower door tracks were cleaned. I also appreciate the close attention to smudges on the walls and staining on an old sink in the laundry room. The overall work was good but if I had to nitpick they could've done a more thorough job on the harder to see areas such as the kitchen baseboards and the window tracks (closed position) and the dusting of the blinds. Upon giving feedback, the impressively hands-on owner, offered to send a cleaning professional over to rectify the overlooked areas and offered his sincere apologies. Sadly, in the rush of moving out didn't get photos of what they did well. Would still hire them again but would just pay closer attention to the completed job. I will admit it's reassuring to know they are quick to remedy the situation.

I have personally used BG Cleaning Service for my residential home needs. I was given a fair market price which was worth every single penny. Bozena, was on time, reliable and most importantly the most detailed oriented person I have ever seen. She did an amazing job on my home and I would gladly use her name to share with all my friends and family (which I do all the time). She is one of a kind, seriously. There are many services out there to chose from, but what seperates BG Cleaning is that you know you can trust Bozena to be the ONLY housekeeper in your home. You wont have to worry that someone is snooping around or cutting corners, she has proven time and time again that we can trust her. Bozena is absolutely the best Cleaning Service Company I have ever come across. I have been her loyal client for 10 years and I cant imagine my life without her assistance. She reliable, on time, amazing and priced greatly. Her honesty and her efficiency is outstanding. I don't think I would ever look for another company after finding her. Ive had Molly Maids and all those regular services, but they STINK. Unfortunately, you never know who you get or who to trust. I love this woman! She is prompt, thorough and a perfect match for my home cleaning needs. When I first met Bozena, she impressed me with her energy and honesty. I shared my concerns with her of having toxic chemicals be used in my home due to recently battling (and winning!) an illness that leaves me sensitive to smells and toxins. Not only did she understand, she reassured me that she only uses natural and organic cleaning agents, relying on muscle to do the work--not abrasive chemicals.
