Honestly, there isn't an instructor or class here that I don't love. This place is a family with all sorts of events for holidays or summer solstice (to name few). I love this studio so much that when I come into town to visit, I go to EPY before going home. My absolute favorite thing about EPY is that I can count on this studio for an enthusiastic welcome every time I walk in. Obviously, an intense workout (especially Damon's class) but all the instructors I experienced also emphasized to work at your own pace and take a restorative pose whenever you might need to. Damon's classes are faster paced and quick, I've been told that Alan's classes are a bit less intense and longer holds.

I just joined as part of my Active and Fit membership and the gym now called BFit by Bob's more…read morethan met my expectations. The staff was friendly and the gym was much larger than I expected. Besides the cardio and weight areas there is a circuit room by the locker rooms, and hydro massage chairs. I'm fussy when it comes to my preferred elliptical equipment and BFit has some older Precor machines which is exactly what I like. I've tried some newer equipment elsewhere and found that they were harder for me to use. Call me old school but I'll support any gym with a Precor elliptical. Also, I went at mid-day and it wasn't crowded at all which is big plus for me as well.
