I had to return for a follow up but because I had a "call to nature", we (my caregiver and I) arrived 1 minute after their "15 minute grace period ". They did not care the circumstance which led to the tardiness. I asked to speak to the manager. I informed her I tried to call the practice several times but no answer. They were rude, had no empathy and just didn't care. I was told I should have left earlier. I explained it was not traffic that made me late, I live 5 minutes away. It was a call of nature. I am disabled and I'm in a wheelchair, I require assistance because I cannot walk. I asked for a corporate contact, I was told there was none. They are independent, have no one they answer to. They do what they want. As a veteran, I have never been treated so poorly. I will NEVER go back to Coastal ENT.
