Best sourdough bread in Southern California! I have yet to find anything that tastes better or even feels better digestion-wise.

Great bread!! I buy it at the Farmers' Market. Often I substitute it for a quick meal when I'm not in the mood to cook.

I buy Bezian's Bakery bread and rolls at the Pasadena Farmer's Market. The BEST if you like the taste of truly exquisite sourdough!

After hearing the buzz for way too long, I finally made my way over -- and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The menu is a carnivore's dream. We're talking carne asada, lengua, brisket, and a whole roster of meats that had me doing multiple laps before I could even commit to an order. Every bite was bold, juicy, and packed with that authentic flavor that's impossible to fake. And the prices? Completely reasonable. No sticker shock here -- just good tacos at a fair price, which is honestly rare these days. But here's the kicker: they're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Midnight taco craving? Covered. Post-concert hunger? Handled. Living in Hawaii, I'm constantly reminded that late-night taco options are tragically limited back home -- and Avenue 26 is the standard I didn't know I needed to set. Will I be back? Absolutely, without question, 100% yes.

I was able to snag two tacos for $4.50 that tided me over until dinner time. Now: bring your car because there's no place to sit! I arrived on foot, so dined standing up. Quite a variety of means - I'm a "safe" eater and enjoyed pollo and asada. I loved the self-serve salsas; the green salsa was delish and had a good little kick to it. Happy to have found this spot, and want to come back! 2026: 32/100

I ordered their 4 tacos (2 carne asada and 2 chicken) with onions cilantro and salsa verde. I came unprepared without cash so I had to pay an additional dollar for using a card. This truck had so many items on the menu to offer. Staff were super friendly and there's is plenty of seating as well. While there is outdoor seating, it can get hot because there is no shade, so plan accordingly or order to go. Tacos were flavorful, seasoned and delicious. The corn tortillas were soft and the perfect touch needed for a great street taco. I'll definitely return for more tacos and try other menu items!

The lengua was the standout though! Soo velvety and cooked perfectly. The tortillas are a little hard to describe... kind of on the thicker side but still soft? Not bad, just noticeable. Only downside was the champurrado. It was lukewarm instead of hot (I personally like it piping hot), and it had some thick film pieces like it hadn't been stirred in a while. I wish they had mixed it better and reheated it. Big plus: there's plenty of parking, which makes stopping by super easy. Overall, definitely worth it for the tacos alone.

The seasonings or the way they cook - the flavors and textures are better than a lot of other places I've had tacos from. I got two carne asada and two al pastor tacos. They also have a good spread of salsas and a DIY fresh toppings area. I just found this taco stand in East Hollywood because I was leaving a comedy show and it was on the later side. Most places were either closed or closing. Saw this place and it seemed perfect for a quick bite that wasn't a big strain on the wallet. Maybe there's more of a line on the weekends, but if not, this is the type of spot where I wouldn't be surprised if there's a constant line at some point.
