About 5 -6 months ago one of the earring's clasp broke. I contacted him. He said no problem, he would fix it for me. I dropped the earrings off to him. When I followed up with him he at first told me the earring was being repaired, and then as time went on he said that it could not be repaired and he would have to send it back somewhere. This went on for months and he kept telling me it was in customs. Then the truth came out and he began to ignore me. He did not want to return the earrings to me. He said that I could afford to buy them from him, and I did not deserve the gift. I have all his texts which prove that he never planned to repair or return the earrings to me. He even threatened to write a bad review about me as a real estate agent.
