To save some money I washed my hair myself, went in with it wet and did not want it blown dry because braids needed to be wet and tight for look I was wanting. I reminded the young lady that braids had to be tight. I was charged the $79 yet wash and blown dry was not done. Braids were loose, could put my finger through them. Did not get the look I wanted, it should have been much fuller and kinky. So that was a waste of $85 dollars and my time.
