I returned today for an appointment with Graham (the "head!" stylist I believe). We had a good discussion about what I wanted and he made excellent, knowledgeable suggestions of what my type of hair need and what could be achieved. I am extremely happy with the advice given and the final result. I would highly recommend Time not only for their expert knowledge, but also for the very pleasant overall experience. They specialise in Women's cuts, so guys.. don't go in here unless you want to come out looking like posh spice! Which I guess some guys do! They offer cut and finish, high and low lights, full colours, blow dries, trims, and everything else you can expect a stylish hair salon to offer. They have a range of prices, starting at junior stylist and leading up to director and they ate very popular locally. But to me they are middle of the road, a few friends used to get their hair cut here and I never saw anything special. There is a lot of local competition too, with Jumi and Andrew Collinge based just down the road, as well as a host of others!

I have been going to this salon for 9 years and first went after a disastrous cut from another top salon(yeah right)Peter calmed me down, had a proper look at the cut worked his magic and made me look human again! The cut you get from this salon is exceptional. I have had my hair coulored here and your dye is mixed personally no off the shelf stuff here. Its a shame I can only award 5 stars to this wonderful salon.

Bliss had loads of five star reviews from other happy clients and that in itself is pretty impressive! Immediatley i was greated by a pleasent young girl who took my coat an gave me a drinks menu! I opted for a white wine - and when i was took to the station, it was there waiting for me. I had my colour done, and was told the colour is mixed with a new brand called Moroccanoil - apparently used by all the celebs! Anyway - back to the salon - i sat there with my second glass of wine watching the television, which i thought was a mirror, until the stylist turned the television on and gave me the remote whilst i sat their in my foils! I was then treated to a complimentary hand massage! Couldnt recommend this place enough to my friends - went a few days later for a blow dry before a wedding, where this time i opted for a cup of coffee which was accompanied by a croissant! As mentioned in the review above, i paid £63 for half a head of foils with 3 colours but this included my cut and blow - so i thought the price was very resonable! A hidden gem in liverpool!
