Later the same day, I received another call to verify some additional details. When my friend received the arrangement, she sent me a picture and I must say it exceeded all my expectations and was much prettier than the one I chose myself. Gorgeous flowers, full of beautiful colors! The communication with the florist was also five star. They definitely went above and beyond to fulfill my order on time. They stated they could not do a standing spray for the price that was listed on their website, but they could do a flower basket. They claim they do not set the prices on their website. I told them that I should get what I paid for on the website and they said they could not do it for that price. So being that I needed that floral arrangement at the funeral service later that day, I had already paid, I went ahead with the flower basket. I placed my order online for a dozen roses and received a confirmation email. The only snafu was that I got an email the week before my flowers were to be delivered saying they had been delivered! I emailed them and they quickly emailed back to say the email was mistakenly sent. I did not receive a confirm email when they were actually delivered but heard from my family about it. Despite the early-delivery scare, the flowers were gorgeous and I would use them again.
