There is a small parking lot in the rear of the store. Once inside, I found it a little overwhelming at first. It's a retail store set up warehouse style. After searching for a bit I finally found the tiles. I was happy to see that the price is comparable. The only downfall is everything is sealed and there was no demo available to see the colour, size, etc of the tiles. Finding someone to help me was next to none. Overall I would return because the prices are good. However I would be weary because of lack of customer service.

The installation crew was on time, cheerful and competent. Later, when I realized there was a small edge section that needed polishing, even though we had specified that part as unpolished and the job was completed, they stopped by and fixed it up. Also, when I got a small stain on the countertop, they stopped by and showed me how to remove it. The only thing I think they could have done better was to do the original sealing instead of having me do it. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their stonework.

We asked them to deliver it the next day and the rude little woman who wouldn't get up from her desk in the back office said she didn't know where the driver would be and she couldn't deliver it. The fact that we didn't get a call at any point telling us it wasn't ready or a follow up phone call the next day to arrange delivery or to apologize and tell us the door is now ready it's been nearly a week and we haven't heard from them. I'm sure our door is just sitting there now. My partner and I are two working professionals with very little time for home improvements. Let alone a wasted 1 hour round trip. DO NOT USE THIS "BUSINESS" they will screw you over.

I had not hired this company for their services. I was selling my bed and the person who purchased…read moreit hired a company to disassemble the bed and move it to its new location. The truck which the "moving company" brought said "Jim's pre hung doors" on it and the phone number on the truck matches that of this listing. I assume either Jim's Pre hung doors also works as a moving company or they lent someone the truck. Either way the men who came to dissemble the bed took my husband's gold wedding ring which was on the shelf in our bedroom. It was there and 5 mins later gone. They quickly hid it away in the enormous truck or somewhere else. When I asked to give it back they said rudely to check the truck- however it would be impossible to find anything in there. They were extremely self righteous and didn't care at all that we were upset. Both were laughing and speaking another language. I called the police and made a report but unfortunately they were unable to do anything and therefore they were able to get away with one of our post precious possessions. I would refrain from hiring this company because they clearly have no professional etiquette or values or they let low lives work with them and use their vehicles. And always keep a close eye on anybody you let into your home.
