She took feedback and made countless tweaks to make sure I was 110% happy! The three other stylist that did my mom and sister's hair were equally fabulous and all styles turned out great! Angela did my nails for the wedding and was a lifesaver! Two days before our wedding a nail broke on my ring hand but she glued it back together so perfectly that they looked flawless at the wedding AND I could confidently use my hand not worrying about breaking the nail. And to top it all off the service was fantastic! Reserving space for the girls and I to hang out upstairs and on the deck, sharing their kitchen with us for pre-wedding snacks/lunch, refilling drinks as we got our hair done. THANK YOU HAIRITAGE- you really made my wedding morning stress-free and fun!

If I lived in Muskegon you couldn't pry me from this place. I went for the "Half Day of Beauty"…read morethey have on their spa package menu. Upgraded to a full hour for both the massage and the facial, added Shellac to the mani and pedi, and also had an eyebrow wax. The massage and facial were perfect, with special touches like Aveda oils and hot towels taking the services to the next level. Pedicure and manicure were pretty standard, and well worth the price. Wash and blow dry was standard. Eyebrow wax done with hard wax, which was slightly more painful than when done with muslin but didn't leave my eyebrows red after. Service provided the entire time was excellent, and the services were provided at an excellent value for what was received. They were able to squeeze me in for all these services with no notice on a Saturday. Only complaints, someone accidentally switched the music to Christian radio (whatever if this is your cup of tea, however not the most relaxing massage music), and the massage room was a little bit chilly. Neither of those things were errors by the spa or technicians and I only mentioned them for the sake of honesty. If I'm in Muskegon, I will be back!!

I arrived on time for a scheduled…read moreappointment, but was kept waiting for over 40 minutes without clear communication or acknowledgment of the delay. Understanding that unforeseen circumstances can arise, I respectfully inquired whether any accommodation could be made in light of the extended wait time. Unfortunately, my concern was met with a confrontational and dismissive response from the manager, rather than a professional effort to address the situation. Punctuality and customer service are essential in a service-based business. While occasional delays may be unavoidable, how those situations are handled makes a significant difference. Regrettably, I did not feel my time or business was valued during this visit. I hope the salon takes this feedback into consideration to improve future client experiences. Needless to say, I will not be back as they have lost a customer.
