Prior reviews may have expressed concern about punctuality, but there is no way to predict how long a plumbing issue might take to repair until the plumber actually arrives to assess the issue... So trust that your job will be done as thoroughly and well by Jeff or his brother as the one that may have caused a late arrival. I hope I don't have any new problems, but if I do Jeff will be my go-to plumber from now on, and I will continue to refer him to others with the highest rating!!!!
