Compared to all the dispensaries in the dmv this place is a joke every single location has issues menu is not organized but recently they did something crazy . They gave me the wrong order then gave me no compensation or refund when calling customer service they were not helpful so I went to the mannasass location to try and resolve and the front desk girl was not helpful at all didn't offer anything or any help and was more dismissal and trying to get me to leave. She basically told me it was my fault for not "checking" I'm outraged at this facility and business is a joke and a horrible business model for cannabis's in Va. from the store zoning in each area to the fact that no other dispensaries can be open due to the fact that they have literally monopolized this whole entire state. Dont come here if you have a bad cart that test like metal or a cart thats as clear as glass. They wont exchange even with how bad it tastes or how bad it looks because it was "lab tested" even though everyone knows sometimes stuff is defected. Don't believe any review for this store that is more than one star. One star is generous this store will ruin multiple days of your life. Every time you give them a chance they will screw up. You will never have a right order here and they will keep putting the blame on you for their bad service. Don't go here. It's a waste of money. This was definitely a different experience for me. The place is very nice and the staff for the most part was very nice and accommodating. Their process was a little antiquated, but their pharmacist was very knowledgeable. He was very insightful, and I learned something new. From beginning to end with only a couple of people before me it took me close to an hour to complete my visit. Overall the place was very nice and their products were delightful. In my opinion in contrast to GLeaf, the quality and the prices were so much better. It's nice when you get some discounts and deals, especially since they're making a killing. Anyway, in conclusion lol go check them out, i don't think you will be disappointed, at least I wasn't. read more

This place SOOOOOO needs competition!!! The sales people are pretty decent BUT they do not handle paperwork snafus very well. I have had 3 experiences with Beyond Hello and not 1 was smooth or completed without aggravation. Each visit my ppwk was fixed, only to go through BS again. If you get AiroPod items make sure you read all the information - the last line tells you you need a different vape to use these cartridges. So far I have met 3 people who have purchased the pod without having read the entire web page write up - put it on the top of the paragraph. Thankfully DC and MD have MUCH better product, I doubt this monopoly in the Virginia cannabis sector will ever get better until they get serious competition from other growers. read more

People need to relax with the reviews. Is the dispensary the best? No. Can you get stuff cheaper/better in dc and other states? Yes. But will I keep going here until there are other options? The quality of the products are not always so great. My biggest issue is that they don't have certain products consistently. The products I like are always out. Also I hate that they don't take credit cards but I guess that is due to the laws on cannabis being outdated. They have an ATM but charge $3 to use it. IMO East Coast collective has way better quality products that are actually in stock at comparable prices. They about a mile from the Manassas beyond hello store too. If you've ever been to a DC dispensary, this one will disappoint you fully. They are slow, have very little variety, and the variety they do have is rather weak. Before you can use them, you have to pay around $100 to get your VA medical marijuana prescription from a local medical professional. If you have zero friends or hookups, this place is for you. If you have any alternatives, stay away lol. Do not go there for a walk-in. You will wait forever even with no one else in there. Horribly-run business. At least two people were there who had been waiting over an hour - they had ordered online and arrived during their scheduled pick-up window. When someone told an employee that they don't have this issue at the Sterling location, he responded "Well maybe they don't do the amount of business that we do". To which one can't help but ask - why are you accepting more orders than you can process within a given time window? Go to Sterling or use delivery would be my advice. read more

The people here, with the exception of one who I will talk about later are nice, friendly and helpful. But when you go in the back room, waiting for your order and you see THREE people working at the counter, two twiddling their thumbs, standing there for 10 minutes then walk away and only one person is actually helping people. They need to get customer service 101 on track. Then I had the displeasure of being helped by this one person who was helping people and I use that term very loosely. Le is the name on the receipt. This person does not know the stock of things they sell. They don't know that when a person tells you that the price that she is quoting me is more than what it was when I placed the order online THAT DAY, told me that well, thats the price, I cant do anything about it and pay you what she quoted you or basically leave.. She missed her first day, second day, heck she skipped customer service 101 all together. Beyond Hello.. Le is Beyond .... Help.... She is Beyond being unfriendly... she is beyond being rude. The look she gave me when I tried to question her and what she knew.. Oh boy. Item I picked was $70. She quoited me $90. When I pulled up the item on my phone showing $70, she said that was an error on the "Corporate website, and they need to fix it. Umm hello.. Beyond Hello and the locations are corporate owned. They are not franchised. There should not be an error like this. Well, I paid what she told me I had to pay, I got out and opened the item that was more than I thought it was and guess what, they gave me the wrong item. I did not know this and was not able to tell until i opened it. At that point, too late to return. Beyond Hello needs to work on customer service, but they wont, why? Because they are a business that won a contract with the state and they have no competition. Say Hello to a company that has a government contract. I went to a dispensary in DC, and OMG, night and day, the people there were friendly, helpful and eager to answer questions and were thankful for my business. Since I can order from DC dispensaries, and the prices are the same, they have better selection and I can go there and not deal with Le... Win Win. If you have a Medical card in VA, give Capital City Care a shot, You will also get 25% off your first purchase! I may give Beyond Hello another shot, when they open up their dispensary in Sterling. Some of the people who work in Manassas, think they are untouchable and could care less about helping someone. All they had to do, is look at the item I ordered online, and then look at her system and see that they really were giving me the wrong thing. Then they could have fixed it. Sorry Le.. When this dispensary opened they had a decent, but limited inventory. Personally don't smoke and have been very disappointed with the total lack of non-smoke products since April! Every time (I mean every time) I would inquire about when to expect edibles I receive the same canned answers of... "we have a shipment due in a couple days. Check the online app." Or another more recent response being "our own edible products will be available starting in August." Total BS. Not sure if their business plan is to only provide a limited amount of smoke-related inventory or not. However why have the staff provide either inaccurate or incorrect information? Research found that one of their in-state suppliers changed physical locations in April May time frame impacting production. So why then wouldn't the dispensary staff provide this information and or place orders from the other in-state suppliers to meet demand? The owners either prefer smoke, vape, paste or have very poor operational management experience. And unfortunately the staff can only offer what is ordered. And as for their own production, here we are in September and the very limited inventory remains low the availability of flower (to make my own edibles) doesn't appear to be in the foreseeable future! Because of this I now drive a couple hours to fulfill my needs for non-smoke pain reducing products. My email messages have gone unanswered and the staff has been downright rude when asked to provide more information. "Beyond-Goodbye" is how I refer to this place for meeting my needs! read more

If you knew the amount of chemicals they use to kill the mold in their flowers... mold caused by the growth hormones they use to make the buds bigger faster... you'd never buy here again. Very friendly staff, looks cute inside and they were fast. Now for the downsides and it's on what matters: They will rip you off!! The flower and cart I bought was overpriced but I thought hey it's a dispensary for medical grade marijuana so I figured I'd pay extra to get good quality. However I really got screwed because I actually paid extra to get some really crappy weed. First off, I'm a seasoned toker and have a plethora of knowledge in all things weed related. I feel like this dispensary assumed I didn't know any better since I'm a new card holder. I picked out my items from the tablet they give you, paid for them once they were ready. As soon as I received my prescription, I opened it up there as you cannot see or examine the product before you purchase it which I thought was strange. Anyway, I opened it and saw that it looked a little empty but what was in there looked like a few little nuggets and some crumbs. I don't have a scale so I can't say for sure it was skimmed. When I picked up a few buds they were dry af, not sticky or crystallized at all. Barely any smell or red hairs as Kushberry is known to have and it was about as heavy as holding air. When I confronted them about this, they said oh, don't worry about that. Don't even break it up, just pop one in a bowl and light it. I told him ok, I'll take your word for it and left thinking this is not a good sign. When I got home and sampled it, I understood why he said that. First, 2 buds had human hair in twined into them, gross!!! Second, the trimming is lacking because there were several leaves all over it. Should have been trimmed neater. Where's the quality control?? Third, I didn't listen to their "advice" because everyone knows putting a whole dense bud in and lighting it makes it burn uneven. Also, I like to prepare my weed as I do not smoke stems and I prefer to roll joints. So that's what I did.. I ground some up, rolled one and tried it out. It burned way too fast and while I did get mildly buzzed from it, it did not help me with the ailments I use it for. In fact it made my insomnia and restless leg syndrome worse! So I tried it in a bong, next night and the same thing happened.. It turned to ash so fast and did not get me high but for five minutes and then it fizzled out to nothing, leaving me with no relief. Now for the cart..it's .05 g when you get 1 gram carts in DC and it costs the same price. On top of that, it was half filled!!! It tastes like lavender essential oils and I've used it for a week now, taking a few hits a day. And guess what...it's almost gone. No surprise there! Highly disappointed and I will not go back!!! It's a shame they are scamming people who need this and use it as medicine. read more

This review is for the Alexandria location.... The selection is very limited at all beyond hello locations. The knowledge of the staff is also very limited. They basically know Indica calm sativa up. But the biggest problem is they act like filling your order is some specialized skill. God forbid you arrive before you are scheduled. It's weed. It doesn't take hours of time and a degree to fulfill an order. It's very frustrating when you arrive and they act like the 2-3 people before you in line are a huge deal that they can't possibly handle. Or that you arrived early is a huge deal. It's not.
