They got good deal every few weeks and a decent point system. Most of the employees seem dazed and out of it like if medicated before work; guessing it's why they forgot to give me my change and apply my discounts. Anyway my notes from a complaint calls were not put on profile like they said. My points and discounts we're not working but we're corrected by management. The good thing is they gave me a $10 accommodation. However I had a few issues with some of the products and getting information to file a complaint and return turned out harder then expected. I find it bewildering that they do not know any contact information for an in-house brand they sell called the lab. read more

Where do I begin? The regional manager is an absolute joke. Our GM was let go unexpectedly and the AM had to take over. The regional manager in his infinite wisdom outside hired a rando with no dispensary experience and who had never even used marijuana themselves proving that this company will not offer you room for growth. You will remain in the position you were hired for despite endless empty promises of promotion. There is an employee who is management who shows up late (or not at all), leaves early, takes random breaks, takes calls and other personal matters on the clock, and when they do work, treats other employees, namely women, as beneath them and worhty of disrespect. Parttime employees are working full time hours but when asked for the promotion and pay raise to match it, they are quite literally laughed at. 6 employees from this store up and left to move to the new dispensary opening in Indiana. Only 1 of the 6 who left did so soley for the shorter commute time to work. The other 5 didn't even apply when the new store listed it was hiring and waited until much later as they wanted to be promoted at Beyond Hello first. And why shouldn't they be? They had been there well over a year, we were short staffed and there were open management positions. Nope. The company laughed in their faces so they left. This company does not match prices or sales of competitors. It does not value it's patients and it actively hurts its employees. If you are in need of a job, this is not the place. If you are in need of reasonably priced MMJ sold by people with actual knowledge of the program and product, this is not the place. If you want to give your money to a business that gives back to the community, it's patients, and it's employees, stop by literally any other dispensary. Harvest (Truelieve), Ayr, Rise, etc. This company (Jushi/Beyond Hello) is a sinking ship, don't go down with it. read more

This was back in Summer of 2020 and My card had expired towards the end of 2020. I never bothered to go back to the store since I had that last experience there. I left the store and had seen "Cory" outside frantically calling somebody on his phone, who I believe was a manager at that time for that crew. Swearing and acting upset like he was angry at someone.. remind you that there are very long wait times as it is there and for someone who is apparently in a manager position to be very unprofessional and unapproachable was not giving me a feeling I should keep supporting this business any longer. read more

Beyond Hello, to borrow a phrase, is the worst managed business with regard to communication with both clients and employees THIS SIDE OF THE IRON CURTAIN! The management has along way to go to achieve a mediocre level. In Feb '21, I visited the store in Johnstown, PA and inquirered about a senior citizen discount while making a purchase. I was told that I needed to show a Medicare card to qualify. As I don't carry that around I asked if my licence would do to show I was over 65 yrs of age. The women clerk told me she needed to "enter" the card into the system. I thanked her and left with my purchase. In May, I visited the Beyond Hello location on the 400 block of N 5th Street and brought my Medicare card with me. As the clerk rang me up, I presented my Medicare card for a 10% discount. He appologised very nicely telling me that once he "entered" it in the system, the discount would be good for the next day and "beyond". I thought that was somewhat read more

When you arrive here there are outside workers that are very friendly. The inside is very clean and welcoming. The employees here are great at making you feel comfortable and less awkward especially for first time customers. You can tell by talking with the employees that they are very well trained and very informative about their products and if they dont have an answer for you they are always willing to find one. The staff is friendly enough and they seem very knowledgeable. They have a 1st time visit discount and a loyalty program which is awesome. The selection is good and they always seem to be well stocked . It's not real inviting in atmosphere. The creepy corridor is the stuff horror flicks are made of but there's another entrance on the other side of the building. Overall, it's a pretty decent place. read more
