I was scheduled for a service window between 8:30-10:00 AM this past Friday, and right at 8:00 AM I received a confirmation call from Laura, which I really appreciated. Even better, Pierce arrived promptly, just after 8:30AM and appeared extremely professional and ready to get to work. Pierce was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I showed him the issues I was having with a toilet and two sinks, and he carefully explained what was going on in a way that made complete sense. He stepped back out to his van to coordinate with Laura on pricing, and within minutes had clear, straightforward options with numbers for me on how we could approach the problems. The pricing was very reasonable, and they even offered bundling discounts, which made it an incredible value! (Especially for the level of professionalism and quality service they provide.) It is rare to find a company where you genuinely feel comfortable having someone in your home, but that's exactly how I felt with Pierce. From the moment you meet him, you know you can trust him -- supervised or unsupervised -- to do the job correctly and with integrity. Going forward, I will absolutely be requesting Pierce Winkler as our on-site plumber every time. The delivery drivers have always been extremely nice and professional. The problem is that the company as a whole is completely undependable. You may or may not get the water you ordered. You may go without water for weeks because of "delivery issues." You may schedule a service appointment for them to not show up and reschedule after they've already missed the appointment. We currently don't have water refills because of "delivery issues." We have no idea when we can actually get some. This is not a one time problem, but a rather common occurrence. Customer service is always nice, but not typically helpful. We are currently looking for other more dependable options.

They blamed on ice maker and said if I bought another tank it would Slone the issue. I bought the additional tank and issue remains. Then they showed up late to appointment so we had to move. They are supposed to come today. Happy with the system, overall, but service and appts scheduling needs work, and a little frustrated they found a way to charge me more (asking me to buy another tank) instead of fixing the problem.
