He was incredibly organized, efficient, and helpful throughout the entire process. During our visit, Jay showed us a wide range of properties in a very short amount of time, while staying accurate and attentive to what we were looking for. Thanks to his guidance, we found our dream apartment quickly and were able to sign a contract without delay. Even when unforeseen issues came up with the sale of our apartment in New York, Jay was supportive and proactive in helping us secure our Miami apartment and make everything come together. We highly recommend Jay to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated real estate agent in Miami.

Unfortunately, I had to do business with this company, and my experience was extremely…read moredisappointing. The level of communication and customer service I received was far below what I expected during such an important process as buying or selling a property. The manager, Odalys Torres, did not provide the timely updates or guidance a customer should expect. Emails often went unanswered, and when responses were provided, the tone came across as rude and disrespectful rather than helpful and professional. A title company plays an important role in a real estate transaction, and clear communication, professionalism, and attention to clients should be a priority. Unfortunately, my experience with Precision Home Title showed a lack of understanding of basic customer service. There are many other title companies that value their clients and provide a much more professional and diligent experience. I would recommend doing your research and considering other options.

As a long term renter in this crazy market, our main concern was finding a realtor who could not…read moreonly guide us through the process, but more importantly, be honest and reliable. After one too many bad experiences with realtors from Zillow, we were finally matched with Karen Starosta. She made a great first impression with us. Unlike the other realtors who didn't take the time to listen to our needs and didn't give us the impression that they would be trustworthy and transparent, Karen made sure to answer every single question we had (no matter how silly) and was dependable and honest. What really made her stand out to us was how passionate she sounded about her job: She made it very clear to us that she enjoyed the experience of her clients finding their perfect home. We quickly realized what a great decision we had made with her and she was excellent throughout the whole process. Karen does all of the things you would want in a great realtor and more. She is extremely responsive (emails, texts, calls), knowledgeable (Brickell local), and diligent. As condos/apartments leave the market so quickly, there were many last minute viewings and late phone calls, but she showed up every time. There were even a few times when I wanted to make sure she knew it was okay to reply a little slower or reschedule because she was so hardworking! Our family is in no way easy to work with, yet Jason did a great job of navigating all of our priorities to hone down on the potential condos that would satisfy everyone's needs. She is a great listener but, more importantly, she is extremely intuitive. There were many times that we thought that we knew what we wanted but would change our minds. We probably drove her crazy! :) But she always remained patient and observant. After going through a few condos with us, I could tell that she already knew what our personal tastes/needs were, even if we didn't communicate them clearly. My husband is not the best at communicating, but Karen has a knack for reading between the lines. Our search was much more efficient and productive with her help. Moving to Miami (from California) last minute during a crazy market like this is daunting and choosing the right realtor is one of the most important decisions in the process. I highly recommend any homebuyer or renter to work with Karen. We know we will love our new home and she still checks in daily. We are so excited to move to her city!!!! Thanks Karen (and her family for being so flexible with the late night calls).

Jared, the owner always answered the phone and very hard working person that will go above and beyond to solve a problem. He " took me by the hand" to direct me how to open the owner portal that I couldn't get it to open with many times of changing password etc, and he had so much patience and kindness that I was impressed! When he came to my condo, he asked me if I need any thing else before he left, and that was very thoughtful of him to even ask. I had a serious issue with water intrusion from the upper unit that caused so much damages to my property including mold, that he was very transparent and offered his license contractor after 5 high estimates that I had, to fix the damages in very reasonable price. He came to check the results after he finished and made sure that it will be satisfactory. He shared his knowledge and guided me through the whole stressful process. Even on Saturday he picked up the phone and helped me with very delicate situation that I wasn't sure how to handle. His assistant Gabriella also very kind and responsive and has a lot of patience dealing with very flaky tenants some times that will not fallow up to view the property. She'll go the extra mile just to accommodate the client and I was very appreciative of the way she fallow through her promise. Which was beyond my expectation. This team: Jared and Gabriella, are the absolute best management property that you can count on to deliver results of good tenants and timely response and hard work that they'll not try to put off even in the weekends. They definitely earned from me 10 stars if I could give them here without a doubt! I highly recommend them for your management property with all my heart!

After firing that company I hired William and he got me a full asking price offer in like a week or two. Not only that but his listing was much better than what the other company did. His pictures were better quality, he did drone shots, virtual staging and a 3D tour, none of which the other company did. I was concerned at first if I would get the same level of service as the more expensive realtor, however he provided BETTER service than the other company ever did. He personally responded to all my calls and messages quickly and always kept me up to date on what was going on. We had some issues with the HOA approval and William managed to work through the issues and got us to the closing. I honestly couldn't ask for more from a realtor and he does it for less than pretty much anyone else. It's honestly a no brainer to go with William and Flat Fee Florida Realty.
