Great selection of brews. A little bit pricy but convenient. Tastings are awesome. Friday 4-7 pm and Saturday 2-5pm. Brian usually does all the tastings and is very knowledgable about wines and beers. He is friendly and helps you understand more about all beers and wines. They are not pushy about buying, simply make the recommendations and recommend the tastings. Every week they rotate the wines and beers. Stop by and try something different. read more

Today was disappointing. When I visit this Bevmo I am always warmly greeted (with a smile) and asked if I need help with my purchase (loading onto cart). Today a cashier named Michael rung me up, not friendly, and didn't help me place my beer (2 boxes and some singles) into the cart. I placed the cart so he can load them and nothing, he actually looked away. He didn't say have a good day until I was half way out the door. Hope the usual happy, smiling, customer friendly oriented staff is back soon (Maybe the cashier didn't want to work today on a long weekend?). Nice and clean Bev Mo in the colonies. They just finished building this place from the ground up so everything is new and tidied. Customer service was right on. Hopefully it stays this way after they get settled. read more

North Upland CA Location Tonight was the 1st night i was told they needed to scan my driver's license before they can sell me anything... this is not going to happen so i told the guy at the counter he could see my driver's license but not scan it... he said he couldn't sell me anything then ( keep in mind i am 53 ) so i know is's not an age thing. i went somewhere else and spent my money. we are in strange times when my marketing information is worth more than my patronage. everyone please think twice before allowing bevmo to continue this practice... just say no and at one point they will notice what we are saying. read more

I think it's real crazy when your ask at check-out , if you found every thing alright.. I told the check out guy, no I was at another BevMo a few miles away and they have white creme de cacao and your BevMo doesn't carry the white creme de cacao..I was told they don't carry it because it doesn't sell there.. Real funny , they do have white creme de cacao, just not the brand I like.. This shows you what happens when a employee really doesn't want to help you.. I can't believe this place, I'm 48 years old and these guys card me every freaking time, what a bunch of BS.

I wouldn't go back to the store for free merchandise after checking to make sure our coupon that we received for our birthday was good we proceeded to show up but once we got to the cash register the one man who said the coupon was good no problem was nowhere to be found And the other two they had working the registers were not competent enough to figure out how to subtract $10 off of our order. He said he had to go call a manager on the phone but in the meantime before he did that he waited on three people obviously he was never going to go call a manager to help us. It was obvious he was just going to keep ringing people up instead of helping us customer service I wouldn't give you any stars and I will not return. I sure hope the next time you go into any kind of store and you were there first that they ignore you and just keep waiting on other people. read more

I wish I can give this place zero stars. My first and last time visiting a bevmo. Should have listened to my friends because they told me to avoid bevmo. I didn't listen to them and came here shopping for a big birthday party, so I was looking to get a variety of different alcohol. What I got out of this experience was an uninformed and rude staff along with crazy high prices. Save yourself time and money and shop at the albertsons across the street. read more

Amazing customer service! We ordered a bunch of beer for our backyard wedding and everyone was so helpful from the first call to pick up. They offered to put the beer in their cooler so it was ready to go at pick up, which it was. The cashier and manager were so helpful the day we picked it up, they signed my dad up with a BevMo card for major savings and helped him load everything into the truck during one of the worst heat waves we've had in a long time. Also, to our surprise, their price for 20lb bags of ice was lower than the local grocery stores... Even more savings! read more
