Walked through the door and was not greeted my Bella and her colleagues, even though they looked me dead in my face when I walked in. All the males coming in after me, all received a greeting....ok whatever. I went for Buzz Balls and the display for them were right by the door, thats how I know whom they greeted. Finished picking my Buzz Balls selection and approached the register. Still crickets....no "Hello, How are you?, Did you find everything you needed?", nothing. And I sure wasn't about to speak first. She was too busy still carrying on a conversation with her co-workers, while ringing me up, which is rude as hell for associates to do, especially when you have NOT once acknowledged the customer you are helping. After she took the Buzz Balls out the hand cart, she found it necessary to leave the register and go put it back in it's place, as though she couldn't have just put it to the side, until she was done ringing me up. Whole time, still carrying on a conversation with her co-worker. I can not stand this generation of retail associates. read more

I've been frequenting this location for the past couple of years and have always appreciated how attentive and proactive the associates are. Whenever I have a question they answer promptly with a smile and that in itself always has me coming back. Some notable employees I've met are Julie, Jen, Kayla, Ryan and Judith. read more

this is not to disparage that employees that work for bevmo. Bevmo actually has good products which i have bought before ' This review is a form of protest of go puff that owns bevmo throughout California I spend a lot of time working in this location. The bevmo support staff has been great to me i normally don't like to protest against companies but i feel this is time go puff and bevmo went too far as to how they treat their employees, especially their drivers i encourage people not to shop at go puff and bevmo because the company is going bankrupt and making a lot of false allegations against its drivers. I have been a loyal employee and driver for go puff and they basically terminated my account for allegedly not showing up to work when I was on vacation and had no shifts they accused me of not showing up last week i showed up to work 100 percent of the time if you care about the working conditions of the employees of bevmo Don't spend money on go puff Thanks for listening to my protest read more

Came here for Friday night wine tasting and had a great time! Julie the wineologist was so much fun and kept the party going. Cost was a nickel for each pour. We even got to try Stella Artois Midnight Lager and it had a dark chocolate, caramel, vanilla flavor. Bevmo is located in the same parking lot as Chik-Fil-A and once you get through the crazy drive thru line and into the store it's actually really laid back and not crowded. Definitely would come back for Friday Night Wine in the back. It's nothing too fancy, but it's a great time! read more

I usually shop at the Bevmo in Upland. The staff there are very nice and helpful. Today I had occasion to shop at the Rancho Cucamonga location. Same great selection but when i got to the register they asked to scan my drivers license. At Upland I always decline and just show them so they can verify that I am 21. I am 62 by the way. I told the lady that I declined to have my DL scanned but that I would happily show it to her. She said she had to scan it, that it was Bevmo policy. I told her that at the Upland store they didn't require that I let them scan my DL. She acted very irritated and said if I didn't let them scan the DL she could not sell me the merchandise. I said I understood and that I declined. The other checker turned around and told me "Get out of here then". With so many big companies getting their data hacked and the proliferation of Identity theft I try to reduce my exposure where ever possible. If this is indeed a new corporate policy I will no longer be patronizing Bevmo. If it is in fact a case of bad management at the Rancho Cucamonga store I will stick with the nice folks in Upland read more

Love this store. Super friendly team. Always clean and easy to shop. Prices are fair.

Dont order online because if they cancel order they will not tell you. You go there and management basically takes no responsibility for their screw up. Waste of time and money in going there only to be told, we dont have your product and you should of received an email saying it was cancelled not sure why you didn't. Next time dont order unicorns its what I was told read more

I love going to BevMo to shop not only for ourselves, but holiday gifts as well. During our most recent visit, we purchased several different times of wine and hard liquor. Love the huge selection! You can find almost anything from anywhere. Plus, they also have an assortment of glassware and cocktail snacks. Great customer service and the store is impeccably clean too! read more

Staff is great! Ryan and Jason are very knowledgeable and make excellent recommendations. My new favorite place to shop.

The one stop place for all drinks, and a wide selection. Even better if you're a rewards member. They sell more than just alcohol now too, it's like a mini mart! Took a star off coz they never have enough shopping carts. I think I've only seen one every time. It's hard to stock up when you're by yourself and have no way to carry more that 2-3 items. read more

Sadly, this BevMo has gone way downhill. Their service is used to be great, but the new staff is clueless about their own liquor selection and how to treat their customers with even minimal care. The ambience is poor and their displays are disorganized. It seems like the staff there gets replaced every few months and most of them don't even pretend they want to work there. Honestly, there is zero reason not to shop instead at the Total Wine right across the street. Not only is their staff much more knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Their liquor selection is much larger and the prices are a lot lower. read more

Stopped in on a Friday night, headed into San Diego. The parking lot was decent, and the store was well stocked. The clerk was very pleasant. We had gotten a BevMo card a few years back, and were able to use our phone number for a discount. That worked out great! I have no complaints about this location. It is easy to access, and the store was clean. read more

I did notice that they don't have a huge selection as Total Wine across the street, but it suits it purpose if your there for your favorite pack of beer (granted they have it) grab and go. They are overly priced on some items, especially the snacks, (why buy your snack there when you can mosey over next door to Fresh and Easy)....Staff is friendly & efficient. I do question the people that go there though (well only when we got there, a huge Luxury Party limo drove up, w/tons of drunken youngsters -21ish crowd).....Its when you get older you really do realize how lame you were when you were younger & dranked alot.....lol (pls note: my daughter made me feel bad about that last comment, she says "Hey mom, weren't you young once? You Old Bitty!!").....yes I was young once & lame, but hey those are the best years of your life kiddos, you better enjoy them!!!! ;) read more

So for awhile they stopped having Mt. Dew. I wasn't surprised because they can never seem to have any not expired. Went a few days ago and they had 3 cases. Two of three expired. read more

They did have Mango Cart Michelada tall cans so that's awesome and Tres Agaves Margarita Mix. But they were all out of Casamingos Tequila Blanco. Im a big fan of Bevmo. Great selection and knowledgeable staff there to help out. My brother and I stopped in to get more wine. I got the bottle and extra for 5cents. Great deal. I love BevMo! I think it says a lot about this area that they spell out most of these stores' abbreviations. I mean, how many SoCal kids know that BevMo actually stands for "beverages & more" or that REI is "recreational equipment, inc."? Shoot, even on REI's website it doesn't even say "recreational equipment, inc." unless you scroll all the way down to their copyright. Rancho Cucamonga, you're an interesting city. Thank you for spelling things out for us, really. Seriously. ANYWAY, love BevMo. Really is beverages & more!! You've got pretty much all the big named alcohol brands you want & some of the smaller ones too. Tons of choices for everything & their employees are helpful & kind, even on a day before the holiday weekend. You'll get some great deals here too. Things are organized pretty well too, so you should easily find what you're looking for whether it's cheese or wine or cider. read more
