So I purchased the wrong specialty beer (flavor....because I didn't know this particular brand expanded their flavor choices) two days ago and came back to see if I could exchange it, or what could be done. The thing is, I had not only lost my receipt but even damaged the seal on one of the beer bottles by accident. Not only did the very nice employee even exchange the beers (for the correct flavor I originally wanted) Tatiana took care of me with a smile and assured me it wasn't a problem, and sent me on my way feeling so thankful. This place is Beer Heaven. They have all types, Belgian, Australian, British, Mexican, did I mention Belgian? They also have every type and size of liquor, spirits, liqueur. Oh and lots of wine. Nice spot to go to for good beer. read more

Okay first off let me just say I'm not much of a drinker but I like what I like when I do drink! Anyways.. I have only visited the store a couple of times ...on the very first visit the cashier encouraged me to get a BevMo card ...which turns out to be a great idea... lots of savings etc ...anyways, this visit I happen to be hosting a fairly large party, so I called ahead of time and spoke with Clayton, who was extremely helpful and went beyond measure to help me ...for instance. .he didn't know an answer to a question that I had and he said "could hold for a minute and that he would call the Rep" (seriously amazing!) He found out my answer and was back on the phone with me in no time at all. I decided to order a keg of Shock Top Belgium White (or I should say. .put on hold, because he said that they had two in stock) That evening, after finding out that I would NOT have anyone available to set it up at my house. The next morning, in desparation, I drove down to the Rancho Bevmo to speak with Clayton about the situation. I decided to have him check his inventory on the same product but in two 5 gal kegs instead. He said that he had only one but it was on hold for another customer. I then asked if he would check another BevMo in the area for what I wanted. While I grabbed a few more things, he contacted the Corona store and placed them on hold for me. Not knowing the location of the Corona BevMo, he took the time to map quest the location for me and give me the directions, while I purchased MORE goodies from a very friendly cashier! so. .customer service, location, well stocked, enormous selection A SOLID (5 star) read more

An expensive place to buy alcohol of any kind. They do have an awesome selection of everything from wines, liquor and beer. But I think these items can be found in the grocery store for a better price. read more

The convenience, selection and prices are good. The customer service is usually hit or miss, half the time you gotta wait forever, and the other half it's instant, no consistency. Need more frustration in your day? Come in here! Me and my husband walked in to get a couple bottles of SYRUP (to be clear - no alcohol in it). At the check out cashier asked my husband for an ID and even requested baseball hat removed. For syrup. My husband is in his 40s and looks accordingly. Ok, fine, company policy. But then the cashier asked for my ID as well, and was not letting my husband to pay for our SYRUP until I actually walked back to the car and brought in my driver license too. Do we want to come back? No, thanks. Second star - for actually having the syrup we were looking for. Pretty sure we can find it elsewhere the next time. read more

Bevmo's $.05 sale can't be beat. You can get above 90 point wines at under $10.00 per bottle. They have a great selection and after touring Napa, I know that they carry some of the boutique wines which are quite high quality. read more
